- MMMishaJun 18, 20261.0They fixed our car which we appreciate, but overcharged us by ~$600 on what we agreed to. After we showed them the mistake, they agreed to make the change. Three weeks later after many calls and promises of fixing this overcharge, we've still not received the credit back. Below are screenshots of what we agreed to on the phone, and the receipt with the overcharge. You can see that the BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH which should have been a cost of $97.60 as shown on the computer screenshot was typed in as $643.97 in the actual receipt, identical to the cost of the FUEL PUMP. It is disappointing that they acknowledged the mistake, promised to give the credit back, and after many calls, never actually did it.

- AAAndy AbramsonMay 26, 20261.0Would not recommend. Made an appointment for 5:00 p.m. Left work early to get there. On arrival they told me the call center appointments don't matter and they could not help me because it was after 5:00 (despite it being 4:50 p.m.). One of the employees was kind of helpful but said he was the assistant manager and was helpless. He just blamed the call center. The other employee who seemed to actually be the one who could do the work was non-committal, said he might be able to do, said he was going to take a break and just walk away. I was left in the parking lot by myself.
