  1st time here and Defitnetly not the last time. Greta experience. After the service was completed Juan was very professional and patient with me. I lost my Credit card while in service and Juan took the time to help me look and find it under my seat inside the AC vent. All with smile on his face and simply joy to help.

  Elliot, Deon, & Jonathan were very helpful and attentive to my car’s needs as well as mine. Also, gave me insight on my vehicle in which I could understand (not a car person, so thank you Deon!) Great customer service and would recommend! Finished in under 20 minutes! Thank you to the team at Valvoline Long Beach.

  I ended up visiting this Valvoline location twice in the last few days, and the associates who helped me provided great service and made my experiences smooth. The first visit was for an oil change, and Jonathan took great care of me. He was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, which made the whole visit seamless. The second visit was for a quick service check on a skid plate that was hanging loose after I hit an object on the freeway. Elliot helped me this time, and once again I felt well taken care of. He was quick, efficient, and thorough. I’ve visited several different Valvoline locations before, but this one by far is my favorite, and I would gladly recommend this shop to anyone needing trustworthy and reliable service.

  Just received an oil change at this Valvoline location today, and I have to say, this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in all my years with Valvoline! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and had such a positive attitude. They made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. A huge shoutout to the entire team that took care of us today—you guys were amazing! Keep up the great work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Would love to put zero stars and post the Managers Face right here in the review to let you guys know he is a piece of . They left an air pocket in my cooling system after doing a coolant system flushed. Five minutes after pulling out my temperature spiked to 244° - 255°. I called and they didnt answer so corporate had to get a hold of them to answer. Their advice to me was to drive with my car like that. Then they blamed me saying that I explained to him twice that I had lre existing problems. Which was a lie. I told them my car NEVER did that if it did I wouldn't be able to drive.Manager Was disrespectful , kept dismissing me walking away from me . His name is Jaime works at bixby knoll location long beach. Do not go there if u need a car. My engine is shot now.
