  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **5\-Star Service\!** Had a great experience getting my oil changed at Valvoline\! Huge shoutout to **David, Craig, and Cassondra** for providing outstanding customer service\. The entire team was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient from start to finish\. What really stood out was their attention to detail, teamwork, and the way they made sure I was taken care of throughout the entire process\. It’s refreshing to receive service from people who genuinely seem to take pride in what they do and value their customers\. **David, Craig, and Cassondra are a great representation of what excellent customer service should look like\!** Valvoline is fortunate to have employees like them\. I truly appreciate the professionalism and positive experience\. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend this team to anyone looking for quality service\!

  I usually don’t have a problem here but the last time I went was awful. They moved me to a different lane and then seemingly forgot I was there for 30 minutes. 2 cars that arrived AFTER me got serviced before me. All in all it took me about an hour to get out of there. So annoying that one of the cars that got there after me (and I KNOW he got there after me because I watched him pull up 5-10 mins after I did AND he had to back up so they could move me) left like 15 minutes before me! Like I said, I usually don’t have a problem but I guess they’re under new management or have new people working there bc it was not a good experience. I also noticed I wasn’t the only one getting put to the wayside, so I guess they’re just disorganized all around. And they didn’t give me my sticker. I’ll be trying a different location next time.

  I always have a great experience here! I had my oil changed, transmission flushed, and radiator replaced, and everything was done quickly and professionally. Miguel is absolutely amazing! He always takes the time to listen to my concerns, explains what my car needs, and makes sure everything is taken care of the right way. He's kind, honest, caring, and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. It's hard to find someone you can trust with your car, and Miguel has definitely earned my trust. The entire team is friendly, fast, and professional. Everyone made me feel welcomed and provided outstanding customer service. This is why I keep coming back. I know my car is in good hands every time. Thank you, Miguel, and the whole team for the excellent service!

  I’ve been doing to this location for a couple years. I take my husbands and my car to have the oil changed because each time I went they took very good care of me, and there was never a time during the service that I had to wait for someone to update me. But this time I had to wait longer than I felt I needed to. I told the young lady that was assisting me I had a coupon, but unfortunately it had expired and she wouldn’t honor it. I explained to her that the last time I was here I didn’t have the coupon the service tech honored the coupon they advertised on their website. They didn’t make me look up the coupon. The lady that was assisting me left and began to help the person behind me. I felt a little frustrated because my husband had to be at work and I didn’t want him to be late because of a discrepancy of a coupon. Everyone else was amazing and I feel she needs to be more careful on how she treat reoccurring customers, because there are other options.

  They offer tire rotations but in the words of the location manager, the technician’s aren’t capable of recognizing and informing their customers about side wall tire damage. In other words, they are supposedly trained adequately enough to do an “18-point safety inspection”, but Valvoline doesn’t train them to recognize major tire damage that is likely to lead to a blowout. It’s almost like the “safety inspection” only checks items that are easy to carry in store and upsell you on. If it were truly about safety, you would think they would train their personnel on how to check for and identify major damage to the only part of the vehicle that makes contact with the earth. Please consider making it a “19-point safety inspection”; check each the tires that you are rotating while you have them off the vehicle to ensure a customer does not drive away with unknown damage that could lead to serious injury. Even without the rotation, if you can pump air into the tires without asking or informing the customer, you can check for tire damage while at each tire. Do better.
