  Everything was decent, oil change was preformed I did let them know it was my partners car and wasnt done in like 2+ years. I didnt get any judgement to my face but they kept looking at the sludge on the cap between the 3 workers who worked on my car. Trust me, I know its bad, but the judgement isnt necessary.

  The Valvoline team in Long Beach, California were extremely thorough throughout my first oil change experience. From sharing my detailed Carfax report to detailing when I will need not only my next oil change, but transmission change and tire rotation. The general manager introduced himself to me from the beginning along with all the lovely team members. Thank you for making my first experience servicing my vehicle a safe, quick, and reassuring.

  I had a great experience at Valvoline. The team was friendly, professional, and made the entire oil change process quick and easy. I also had my engine air filter replaced, and they clearly explained why it needed to be changed without any pressure. The service was efficient, and everyone was courteous from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been coming to this location for the last 5 years, the service here is always top notch. You never know what kind of people you’re gonna get when getting work done on your car, but I’n always welcomed by the kindest workers here. They do a thorough job and never pressure me or make me feel guilty into spending extra on things I might not need. They’re speedy, and usually get me in and out of here right away. Love coming to this location! Thanks to the workers for putting in the extra effort to be both friendly and great at what they do.

  My overall experience at this valvoline location was outstanding great environment great service. Luisa was the employee that took care of me today She introduced herself to my n my family. Explain the service I need for my vehicle which I took in consideration n made it happen. Overall Service was a 10/10 fast and clean environment n last thing great staffing look like they have a nice structure to provide all valvoline customers.they all helped each other to provide the best customer service. I would gladly recommend a friend or family to this location.
