- TRTodd Regan2 days ago5.0I usually hate getting my car serviced… rude grease monkeys talking down to me and trying to get away with unnecessary upsells or outright lies. But that’s NOT the case with this Valvoline. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. I also have them take care of my tires, wipers, etc, just because I enjoy working with them. Very pleased!
- HJhumberto jasso2 days ago5.0Had a great experience at the Valvoline on Loma and Anaheim Street today! I went in for an oil change, and they did a really good job, topped off all my fluids, and even gave me an extra discount. I really appreciated the excellent service and how well they took care of my car. Definitely recommend this location!
- MDMirtha DeLaTorreOct 6, 20265.0Went to get an oil change and Hector and Cesar were very helpful. They also recommended I get my Air & Cabin filter replaced. I don’t remember the last time I had replaced them or even if I ever did so I went ahead and had them take care of it there. I love that they were not pushy just simply very informative with their recommendations. Cesar even went above and beyond to explain to me how to use some of the functions on my Jeep steering wheel to access additional information about my car. Thank you both for all your help!
- FFFranklinOct 4, 20265.0I had a wonderful experience during my recent oil change! Cassandra, Angel, and Jose were absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, professional, attentive, and made the entire process feel smooth and pleasant. Their excellent customer service truly stood out, and I appreciated how well they took care of me. It is always refreshing to encounter a team that takes pride in what they do and makes customers feel valued. Thank you, Cassandra, Angel, and Jose, for making my visit such a great experience!
- HJHelen JungSep 23, 20263.0I’ve been to valvoline for most of my oil changes these past couple years and I love that their goal is 15 minutes in and out for an oil change. I understand if people show up and end up getting more than an oil change but I was frustrated the other day when I was stuck in line for over an hour for a simple oil change and there was no way I could change my mind and leave. I asked what the delay was for and someone reported that they were short staffed but I saw pretty similar to the same number of staff I see whenever I go? Unfortunately not the best experience but I know they were doing their best
