  I had a great experience getting my oil change. Robert was professional, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. The service was quick, efficient, and he kept me informed throughout the process. It’s hard to find technicians who genuinely care about their work, and Robert definitely does. I highly recommend asking for him if you need an oil change. Excellent service from start to finish!

  I’ve been coming to this Valvoline location at Long Beach Towne Center for a while now, and the service is always outstanding. The young men and women who work here are consistently friendly, upbeat, and professional. They’re very knowledgeable, take the time to explain everything, and never make me feel pressured. I trust them to help maintain the quality of my cars, and they always do a great job. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fast, honest, and reliable service!

  I come here often. Great service all around. Definitely recommend a bit of patience as it can get busy but you can tell the staff and management are rocking with it even with the high volume and heat. Special shout out to Ramon who was all kinds of professional, knowledgeable, fast and friendly. Always appreciate the service from the team here so it’s only about time I left a review.

  Pulled up to Valvoline in the Long Beach Towne Center around 8:20am because I desperately needed an oil change. Nayeli got me situated, Brian discussed all the points during the check while Noah worked on my car. I was out before 9am. Big thanks to Oscar and his team! The staff is honestly why I return (this is my 4th visit). They are skilled, efficient, and patient with me for any questions or concerns.

  When it comes to being a consumer this is one place I've been able to trust every single time in the years that I've been coming here I literally only once had a problem and all I had to do was call them they said come back and they took care of it immediately and it was an easy thing to fix this has been a great experience and I will keep coming here and keep coming here and keep coming here I'm glad that they have the coupons online and easily accessible I'm glad that they have friendly service I'm glad that they always take care of everything I need taken care of and that's a fact
