  I brought my 2013 Suburban in with what I thought was an oil leak. The technician ran a full complimentary diagnostic report. The oil leak was really an old Oil Filter that needed replacement and the full report turned up an issue with my alignment that would have burned through my tires if left unaddressed.

  I had the most wonderful customer service when arriving. I believe Johnny was his name ALL I WOULD LIKE TO SAY IS AMAZING AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. This young gentleman deserves a raise for how much information he delivered to us. Thank you for answering all my questions and steering us in the best direction for tires. You will not regret the service here!

  Disappointing 1st time visit experience. I walked in to ask for a wheel alignment service. Quoted $134.99. I didn’t want to drive all over to shop so I said ok and I stayed to wait. While waiting, I’ve decided to purchase 2 front tires and added oil change to my purchase. Total bill $508.08. After 6 hours I assumed that everything should be all fixed. 2 new tires, new oil changed and wheel alignment. But NO. My steering wheel was crooked to the left . Tried to drive with steering wheel centered pulls the right. I returned to store and asked if someone test drove my car and why the wheel alignment wasn’t done. Didn’t answer my question was told that it’ll be taken cared off and to wait. Waited for another hour. I was told my car was test driven by the mechanic and alignment was all good and so I l left. But it wasn’t all good. Steering wheel was off centered and the car was pulling to right. I immediately called the shop and spoke to Leo. I was told to come back the next day @ 0730 to fix the alignment for the 3rd time. and that I d be in and out. I came back the next day and spoke to the manager in charge was told I’d have wait 45 minutes before my car is attended. He said the mechanic was running late and had car problems. I asked if I could get a refund so I can go to another shop instead. I was told that it will take 10 to 15 days to get a refund and that a request will have to be submitted to his district manager for approval. I said ok and asked for receipt. The manager said there’ll be no receipt and that I’ll be contacted if my refund request was approved. I said how do I know if my refund is being processed if I have no receipt or proof of refund. He said that’s how their refund process work. NOT A GOOD REFUND PROCESS in my opinion. I asked for the corporate number and was handed a business card with Johnny Trujillo assistant mgr name on it and the same phone number to the store. Why in the world would I want to call the store when I want to speak to corporate. I was getting heated but kept calm and walked out the store to make my calls. The manager followed me out and said he found a mechanic to do the alignment. Done fixing my car and handed me my keys. I asked for alignment sheet. No alignment sheets were given to me for the prior 2 times. Had I not asked for it on the 3rd time, I’m sure I would have gotten one either. The result. My steering wheel is still off center to the left and ifI try to center it, pulls to the right. I don’t have time to keep coming back to Tire Choice in Cherry Ave Long Beach, Ca 90807 to deal with the same result. I will likely get another wheel alignment service at another shop and pay again for the service that should’ve been done right the first time, 2nd or 3rd. I will NOT come back for any services at Tire Choice NOR WILL I RECOMMEND ANYONE. A very bad experience……….

  I stopped coming here because I always felt they were trying to add work i didn't need. But what really pissed me off is when I found they added to work to my mother in law when she took her car for an oil change. After everything was said and done they not her for over $2,300 of work she didn't need. They told her her car was unsafe to drive and pressured her to agree to have the work done. I'm definitely calling BBB on them. RIP OFF
