  Great experience with SIXT overall. The SUV we rented was clean, comfortable, and a great car for our trip. The entire rental process was smooth and easy, but Maria was especially wonderful. She was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. She really made the experience even better. Would definitely rent from SIXT again.

  Been a SIXT Platinum member for a couple of years now and I frequently rent with SIXT both within the US and internationally. Came here but the choice of car I booked - a BMW X5 - was not available. I then asked if I could have the 330i at a discount and was offered a measly discount of 10% - which does not even match the difference on the website. I have never had issues booking with a debit card at non-airport locations on high level cars - X3, X5, X6, 4 convertible, etc. and my account history which was accessible to this branch manager who served me had the proof. She insisted and maintained that anything above a 2 series class required a credit card. The SIXT website does state that having a return flight ticket or a utility bill - which I have used at other non-airport locations before - would suffice if making payment with a debit card. In addition - they were burning a very strong and intense incense at this branch which was just weird. I ended up walking off without picking up a car. My most miserable car rental experience to date.

  We worked with Messiah this morning and she was fantastic. After internet went down she worked so quickly with everyone to create solutions and make sure we were all still taken care of. I was so impressed with her composure and confidence in handling the situation.
