  One can always rely on SIXT for pleasure or in a challenging situation. It was our approximately seventh time renting a car with Sixt. Before there were vacation needs in different parts of the world. This time our own car broke down on a highway and we were in need of a vehicle that could bring us to our destination. We rented a car at Trieste Airport (Italy) with an outstanding spokesperson- Grigory, who was competent, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and friendly. He found a perfect car according to our needs and wishes, a brand new, comfortable, luxurious Audi for a very fair price for this type of vehicle. He was genuinely eager to help us and offer the best possible conditions, as he was genuinely kind and friendly. The car itself was exceptional as well, brought us safely to our destination and back on a highest level of comfort. On this note we would like to thank the whole team of SIXT at Trieste & Pisa Airports for the highest level of service, quality of vehicles, flawless and fair official procedures and amazing experience overall.   Went to the location and it was permanently closed. Not sure what all these reviews are talking about. Update. It was in the other building. But y'all really gotta be more specific. Update 2: Maria was FANTASTIC. She did an amazing job of salvaging this whole experience and she's why this went from 1 star to 5 stars. Highly recommend this place. Just be sure to note it recently moved.

  We had an excellent experience with Sixt. Lucio was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful from the beginning. He upgraded our car and gave us great recommendations and useful tips for our trip through Italy and Slovenia, which we really appreciated. We rented the car for around 15 days, and the entire process was smooth, easy, and hassle-free. The vehicle was perfect, and the customer service was outstanding. Thank you, Lucio, for making our trip even better. Highly recommended!

  Customer service is horrible. The branch manager is pushy, short tempered and very arrogant. She needs a few courses on customer relations. The cars are subpar. Dirty. I will not use this location again.
