  Made an appointment to replace my windshield, had to cancel. Then made another appointment. Dropped car off, came back in 2 hours, car was ready. The only hiccup was, we went through our insurance and was given a quote. Safelite gave us a different price. I questioned it and the gentleman said he had to talk to the manager on Monday since it was a Saturday. On Monday, got a call and they honored the original quote. Definitely recommend Safelite.

  Honestly, I was skeptical because of the other reviews, but they really did exceed my expectations. The check-in person was extremely polite and helpful. He confirmed everything within minutes of me arriving and let me know how long it was going to take. I arrived at my appointment time and they took my car to start the work almost right away. As far as pricing, I didn’t have insurance coverage for a windshield replacement, and Safelite was the most reasonable price for paying out of pocket. My car was done within the window they gave me and the guy who gave me back my keys was very efficient and nice as well. The work they did was great, you couldn’t even tell anybody had taken my broken windshield off and replaced it. No debris or residue anywhere. I opted for the aftermarket glass because the OEM BMW glass was over $1,500, and honestly they look exactly the same. No weird distortions or color changes. Thanks safelite!

  Scheduling was super easy! I had to wait a couple days bc I wanted the tech to come to my residence instead of bring the vehicle to the shop. My tech Dennis was amazing in every way imaginable. I will continue to stick with Safelite!

  Scheduling online was extremely easy, and communication from the team was clear and thorough. Daniel, the technician who conducted the service on my cracked windshield, was prompt, professional, and did an amazing job with the installation. I have a newborn, so dealing with car issues is the last thing I want to do right now, but the process was so easy and fast, it took the burden of stress away, especially since they come to you. I have used Safelite for both of our cars now and had positive experiences both times. Definitely recommend!
