  Not to National standards at all. Car smelled like smoke and we all felt sick after riding in it. It was so strong it would not air out after an hour of driving. Car was also dirty inside with debris all over the trunk and interior. Not super clean on the outside either. Staff seemed more interested in getting rid of me than doing their job. The enterprise team was much friendlier, they helped me until I realized i was at the wrong place (was very tired) and I was disappointed with the difference after I walked over to national and interacted with staff there.

  San the Manager is AMAZING!!! There were 2 reservations under my name for the same car. Upon my return Sam heard me, understood the mistake they made and addressed my concern and made it right. Sam, thank you for your assistance.
