  I telephoned Mountain View Tires and Auto Service describing a problem with tire pressure sensor warning light on my car. Jose was very helpful and informative, telling me that I could bring it in for a test, then go from there. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost to replace all four sensors which was much less than the dealer price quote. When I arrived at the shop, the manager tested the sensors and said three were bad and one was very low, and he recommended replacing all four sensors. I approved the work and was told it would be done in about 90 minutes. About 90 minutes later, the job was complete, the sensor warning light on the dashboard was gone, and I paid the price quoted by Jose. Both Jose and the manager were professional, informative and personable, and I appreciate very much how well they handled my minor repair job. This is not my first time at this shop, and I will return again for all my tire needs.

  I have had a couple tires plugged or replaced here and they have always been extremely helpful and speedy! Dan always gives me a great rate for what I need done

  Very efficient and helpful. Got a random flat tire far from home in A Prius… Daniel found me a tire that got me outta there within 15 mins.

  Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Wouldn't touch the job. They made up an excuse that I needed a new pan and drain plug. Said they can order it... Scam business. Down the street, another business did the routine work perfectly fine.

  Mountain View Tire and Auto Service saved the day! An hour before they closed I called to make an appointment to have a new tire put on and then didn’t hesitate to help me. In fact, it took AAA a while to find my location at CSULB parking lot so I showed up 10 minutes late. They were so kind and incredible human beings, they still replaced my tire and another one because it was also balding. I highly recommend them. Great service, honest people, who care about helping others get home safely.
