  I need to get an oil change today so I went to Mountain View / Goodyear on Stearns and belflower I changed my air filter myself brand it was brand new they showed me my air filter that I just changed I lived less than a mile and there's oil all over.My new my old air filter looks newer my new one the old one was 6 months old my car engine is not dirty I just wanted to see how honest they were the orange filter is the brand new one I changed the white one is 6 months old not one oil spot on it just be wise when you use this place for mechanic or oil changes I work for the City of Newport Beach I am pretty honest and pretty nice

  I’m torn on this review. Friendly customer service. But, they charged $130 for full synthetic oil change?? I even had a $25 off coupon that had been mailed to me, and was told that it wasn’t valid (it didn’t expire until next month), that it was just a reminder card that I was due for an oil change. Not only did that not sound right, but I thought it was too much $. Unfortunately, I needed my tires rotated, too, so I chose to just get it done. They told me it would be a couple hours, so I went home to wait. 5 hours later, I called asking if my car was done and was told that they were waiting for some new lug nuts to arrive, as I needed some of mine replaced. I think they should have called to let me know. They didn’t charge me for the lug nuts (not sure if they over-tightened them or not), so that’s something to consider. Again, they were pleasant in their communication, but I went away with too many questions and a sense of things not adding up quite right. I wish I could have written a better review.
