  Pre-paid and used the barcode to get in. Plenty of parking spaces. Space of the parking spots were good too. Leaving the parking lot have to use the same bar code getting in. Easy way leaving, no gridlock traffic, attended a music festival near the Long Beach Arena. It’s a 20-25 minute walk but convenient since there’s no traffic by this parking lot and the walk is a good exercise and the streets are clean. Parking staff are friendly. Overall it was an excellent experience.

  Items go missing and get stolen from this garage constantly. You're better off parking on the street. In the span of a few months I've had both my catalytic converter stolen AND my car's mirror stolen. The security officer sleeps on the job (literally have caught him snoring in his car), and the people who work at City Place are not helpful and refuse to release footage to the police (even with a police report number). Seriously, you're safer parking on the street than wasting your money paying for monthly parking here.

  Good parking for the Long Beach half Marathon. Clean. Seems secure. Not too far a walk to the marathon site (less than a mile).
