  Customer service is on point but asking for a receipt is impossible. I had to call twice to get confirmation of a receipt. I still have not received anything. This is a bit alarming since people should see their final statement after renting a car from here.

  Jordan at Enterprise was very easy to work with and got us a rental right away & quickly. Service deserves a 5 star but the car smelled of cigarette smoke. We tried to air it out during our 4 days but could not get rid of it. Enterprise team was good to make it better. The car (Jeep SUV) was fine and price was satisfactory. Also, it would of been better if the inside was cleaner, especially the front window.
