  Five stars all around! Because I rent vehicles frequently for work, finding a rental spot that is both consistent and stress-free is an absolute game-changer. This Anaheim Street branch is hands-down one of the most reliable and professional locations in Long Beach and the entire surrounding 562 area. The customer service here is unmatched, and it truly starts the second you connect with the team. Felicia is an absolute standout. Whether she is welcoming guests through the door with a massive smile or bringing that exact same warm, hospitable energy over the phone, she is incredible. She consistently goes above and beyond to take care of me as a regular customer. I appreciate her kindness immensely, it really goes so far. She remembers the little details that matter, and her wonderful personality is exactly what keeps me coming back time after time. Deon is another rockstar on the team that I know I can always rely on. His calm, kind presence makes you feel instantly welcomed. Even when it is busy, he has this rare ability to give you his full attention without ever making you feel rushed. He makes the check-in and check-out process incredibly thorough yet completely efficient, and you can truly feel how much he genuinely cares about the experience. Another massive perk of this specific location is their weekday shuttle service. Having the team shuttle you back home Monday through Friday is a total lifesaver for a busy schedule. A special shoutout to Randy, who drove me back recently. His kindness, care, and genuine willingness to ensure I made it back to my destination safely did not go unnoticed. The Anaheim Street team operates like a well-oiled machine while keeping human connection at the center of what they do. They have earned a loyal customer for life, and I will definitely be back!

  Shout out to Felicia! I had to change my return date multiple times and not only did she provide polite and professional service, she remembered my name every time I walked in the door! I would definitely rent from this location again.

  Above and beyond. In a day in which companies try to meet needs yet not really exceed them, Felicia Ortega of the Long Beach branch in Anaheim blew us away with her efforts to make our senior parade a success. I can’t say enough about her professionalism and willingness to do everything it took and more.

  I typically rent from Enterprise for their customer service. I have to say that this might be my favorite one. Felicia and her team goes above and beyond. I look forward to come in and see her each time! Highly recommend this location!
