  The oil light turned on in the middle of my drive from AZ to CA. When I called the AZ enterprise and asked what to do, they said I would “probably be fine” but I could walk into another enterprise nearby and they would change the car out for me if I wanted. Not wanting to risk an 8 hour drive through the desert without an oil change, I went to this enterprise to change it out. I was met with un-helpfulness, where they told me they had no other cars for me and my only option was to take it myself to an auto shop nearby. So here I sit in an auto shop waiting for my rental car to get an oil change. I am disappointed in the lack of accommodations and helpfulness throughout this whole frustrating experience. I feel as though enterprise flagstaff should have arranged things for me (I.e. set up a new car) in Long Beach, instead of having to do all of this myself.

  Just wanted to show some appreciation for Bryan! On June 19, me and my boyfriend, Gerald just got off a cruise and came 2 hours early for our reservation. We had to wait a while (no problem), but we were able to see how much busier it got throughout the next hour. It was a full lobby and many people were waiting for their cars which were delayed. The phone was ringing non stop and Bryan was working the front desk by himself. He handled everything like a champ. He was calm and extremely professional to everyone. He did everything he needed to do to get things done as best as he could to make sure that each of the (many) customers got what they needed. Ive worked retail in Canada for many years and know how that doing all that can be so overwhelming and not easy especially if you’re handling something by yourself. Im so glad that (while we were there) people were patient and treated him with the respect that he deserved despite the given circumstance. He did an awesome job and I just wanted to recognize that. Thanks Bryan and I hope the rest of your day was great and that you only dealt with kind customers :)

  Do not use this location, waited hours for my prebooked reservation and kept telling me they couldn’t give me a time frame. Avoid this location. They were not helpful with anyone, just kept telling everyone there’s nothing they could do.

  Enterprise charged me a refueling fee after dropping off the car. Why? Because the car was not refueled. Again, why? The car was not full when I picked it up. I guess that’s a good way to make extra money for a business, especially when your refueling gas price is much higher than the economy already high prices. I’ve rented a few cars in my day and every time I give Enterprise a chance they strike out!

  I want to give a big shoutout to Brian and his team. They have really come through for me the last few visits. They have a unique location downtown Long Beach and Express terminal they do the absolute best with what they have. They found me a car last minute and really saved my trip. 10/10 ! Cars are clean. Service is superb.
