    After a car accident I obtained a rental through Long Beach Enterpriseon Ocean in downtown. Upon arriving, I met with Bryan, very friendly and sympathetic to my situation as well as accommodating. There were a couple cars available for me to choose between, he was patient and allowed me to sit in each car to see which I was comfortable in. Bryan was so patient. He even stated that at any time I was struggling with the car size I could exchange in for another within the same class, he wanted me to be comfortable. I had to call the office a few times with questions. I spoke with Umi who was so helpful and polite, very knowledgeable as was Bryan. Umi, took the time to call me and let me.know my rental had been extended to ease my mind while I shopped for another car. This office goes above and beyond to care for their customers. I used to be a Hertz customer but Bryan & Umi converted me into an Enterprise customer. Thank you both for everything. Yall made a stressful situation more bearable.
