  Thanks again Bryan H from Enterprise on ocean blvd long beach ca thank you so much for all your help! Typically manager tends to be in the background but not Bryan H he resolved my issue right away and made me feel my issues or I mattered while doing the same for every other guest that was there! I will definitely be back to rent with Enterprise at this location. 10-10 recommend!!!

  Costumer service was awsome. A variety of rental vehicles to choose from. I had an amazing road trip. All together, I would definitely recommend Enterprise to anyone who is considering to rent a car.

  We booked here last minute due to a hotel change during our flight from London. We were served by Felicia, who I believe had only recently joined this branch/enterprise. She was incredibly helpful, and despite me forgetting my passport, she got the car and deposit all setup for us - whilst I ran back to the hotel, so as not to further delay. She listened to any questions we had, gave us a full run through of the different features and buttons of the car - and was incredibly friendly. She explained all of the insurance and policy details to give us peace of mind, in the event something bad did happen. She is a real credit to the business and made our experience smooth and enjoyable. We will be using this branch again, should we return to Long Beach and LA.

The Downtown Long Beach location in the Wells Fargo Building consistently delivers one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received. Every visit is met with professionalism, efficiency, courtesy, and genuine hospitality. The team makes the entire rental process seamless, and it’s clear they truly care about every customer who walks through their doors. A very special thank you to Brian, the manager, whose leadership deserves the highest recognition. Great leaders don’t simply manage—they inspire, mentor, teach, and lead by example.
