  Not much parking and it's very unorganized outside. Its very hard to try and find a parking. Staff is ok.

  Mannnn let me tell ya from the time I picked up the Honda until I returned it I was greeted with such caring employees. I was coughing pretty badly had on a mask and all. One guy offered me water when I picked up and another dear young man offered me water when I returned because I was obviously coughing too much..well I had to cancel my trip to make a long story short and Anthony was outstanding in responding to my text plea for assistance in returning my rental in earlier than expected..im a sucker for good customer service and the staff on Artesia and Downey in Long Beach understands the assignment...they are all amazing.

  This person very unprofessional. Bring my car there for an oil light on the car while driving. 1 st told me to go to deploys add oil. They won't do it. You have to wait for 2 hour or more for complete oild change to be Approved. Than told me to go to a other mechanic. Than nothing happened. Acting like a mechanic that know oil light will be off. If you are mechanic. You make $120/ hr not working for enterprise. His name is Javier Valencia

  I had an awesome experience with the team at Enterprise. Everyone worked together so well, moved quickly, and handled customers efficiently without making anyone feel rushed. I even overheard one of the phone calls DJ was on with a customer, and the patience he showed was incredible. He stayed calm, professional, and genuinely helpful the entire time. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a positive experience. Great service, great attitudes, and a great example of teamwork. Keep up the great work!
