I recently purchased my vehicle from another dealership out in Orange County not CABE Toyota (I regret that now). I had picked up my vehicle late afternoon from the Orange County Dealership and noticed that my steering wheel was slightly off centered and when holding my steering wheel straight my vehicle would veer to the left.
I was pretty bummed out, especially since it is a brand-new car. I called CABE since it’s the closet Toyota Dealership in my area, made an appointment and was told to bring in the vehicle to their service department.
Please keep in mind, this is not the dealership that I purchase my vehicle from.
When I arrived, I was greeted by Isidro Torres (Assistant Service Manager) who I explain my situation to. He advised me to have my vehicle looked at by the selling dealership; however, I choose to have it taken care of at CABE, in order to avoid the drive out to the OC.
Isidro went inside and got approval to have my vehicle inspected and have a wheel alignment done under warranty.
From the start Isidro was very professional, upfront, honest and most importantly made me feel heard.
The alignment was completed and I was able to drive out and unfortunately, the issue still persisted to some degree. Isidro, once again helped me out.
He called John Mucito-Rosales (Shop Foreman at CABE Service Department), also another great guy. John validated my concerns, and did not make me feel like I was crazy, when I explained to him that the vehicle steering wheel was off centered and veered to the left (specially after it was already adjusted). John went as far as to going on a ride with me so I could show him my concerns.
John was open to taking another look at my vehicle and explained to me that he will try his best to align my vehicle as best as possible, but that there is a possibility that it will not be completely perfect, as my castor was off specs (non-adjustable on Corollas, which I will follow up with the selling dealership).
Well let me tell you, John did a fabulous job.
My experience with both Isidro and John was so great, that I will be servicing my vehicle here from now on. I am super content with the way that both Isidro and John treated me, validated my concerns, and provided realistic expectations.
They both truly did their best to assist me and turned a stressful day into a pleasant experience. Thank you both.

This was my first time at Cabe Toyota and I’m so happy with our experience. My husband and I purchased a pre owned car that we absolutely love! Felishea and Dwayne were so friendly, transparent, and provided us with information needed to make an informed decision without ever trying to pressure us. The entire process was stress free and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants to work with honest sales people looking to get you a fair deal.
