  Personnel who handled the check in and return were very professional. Our vehicle was brand new and very clean. Rented thru Costco.

  Only one staff person to check in the long line of customers. He was very nice, efficient and professional but I felt for him because he had a line of at least a dozen customers. He remained pleasant but in this day, shouldn’t you be able to staff with people who show up?

  I pre registered the night before so I can cruise right though, allegedly. We walked a short way to to a tent where they informed us we would have to walk back to another building and check in and then walk back to the tent. We walked to the building checked in and walked back to the tent. No one was at the tent. I am currently being treated for bond cancer so it can be very uncomfortable to stand for extended periods. There wasnt anyone to sit and we waited for over 25 minutes before a manager could be flagged down. Everyone we had contact with was nice and apologized but it seemed like a horrible way to pick up a car, taking around 40 minutes. Car was clean and drop off was seemless taking less than 2 minutes.
