- VSveronica salvatierra2 days ago4.0John and Rafael provided great service and took the time to explain what my car needed. I did wait just a bit too long for the oil change, nonetheless, the service was quick once they started working on the car. Shout out to John and Rafael for the help!
- JHJoseph Hernandez6 days ago5.0Johnny was very attentive and made me feel okay with only coming for what I needed. Often times I am always afraid of saying no to services I know my car needs. But Johnny made me feel okay with feeling alright in saying no, but still emphasizing that I should tend to my car needs as soon as possible.
- CRCristian RobledoSep 30, 20265.0Johnny provided great service and made the whole oil change experience quick and easy. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything that was done to my vehicle. I really appreciated his attention to detail and customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Johnny to anyone looking for a good experience at Valvoline.
- CKCarel KaweleSep 26, 20265.0I highly recommend Valvoline to get your oil change, air to your tires among other services. They really provide great service and not only that, they also communicate really good information about your car and how you can keep it in a good shape with all the necessary maintenance. Special thanks to Rafael and Allan on pacific coast highway, for the great service. They provide quick service and make sure the maintenance for your car is up to date.
- MPMarcus PSep 25, 20265.0Upon completion of my oil and filter change, I noticed the oil filter was dripping profusely. Not only that, I found a shop rag wedge between the filter and the housing. The rag was also soaked in oil and dripping. I will be taking back to Valvoline for correction. UPDATE ON REVIEW: After speaking with the customer service department and starting a claim, I was contacted directly by Miguel the Manager for this location. He offered to come to my house to inspect the truck to ensure there were no issues. Amazing customer service from the original post of the review until completion of the problem in review. Thank you to Miguel and the Valvoline team.
