  Terrible wash, windows, wheels and front bumper still dirty plus the fact you get cars stacked right behind you making you rush to get out of the shoot so you don’t get rear ended is enough to quit my membership. Enough is enough.

  THOUSANDS IN DAMAGE, DO NOT GO HERE. The employees did not know how to correctly operate the machine and let my car run through the wash with NO SOAP OR WATER applied. My clear coat is destroyed along the entire length of my vehicle. After two months of getting the runaround, told I'll be contacted within a week, and getting nothing from QQ but a canned denial email, I am left to fight for the damages to be repaired in small claims court. Their generic response to every person this happens to is: "the damage was already present." Their lack of communication is deplorable business practice. The amount of time and effort wasted just to try and seek any resolution, without ever being able to speak to a real person is insane. I encourage everyone to go read their BBB complaints and see how many cars they destroy on a daily basis before you risk your nice car at a QQ. In my dashcam video, the only liquid on the windshield is from their hand spray. The entire body of the car is bone dry, and the wash sounded like belt sanders against the finish. You can see the employees working on the control panel before I start moving. They tried for three minutes to try and get the machine restarted after it stopped, and when they finally got it moving, there was no shower of rainbow foam or spray wash from the first row of spray nozzles, and then just a few little fluffs of foam from the "foam waterfall" that normally covers the car. I just moved straight into the first set of rollers with the sides and hood of the car completely dry. The wash stopped for so long that the brushes had been drying off for 3-5 minutes before I went through. There are ENDLESS stories of this same thing from all over the country. Go touchless or wash it yourself. All this video was provided to them, with pictures of the damage clear as day, and they won't even talk to you on the phone. I've had a few trusted shops all agree that the wash is 100% to blame, but I'll be on my own for repairs. Edit, in response to QQ response: The damage you describe, continuous linear scratches along the length of my vehicle is EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED. If you would like to view the damage, anyone from QQ is welcome to view it in person. Again, no human from QQ has laid eyes on my car, yet still is "confident in the findings." Garbage company.

  I had such an incredible experience, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Gianna—she is absolutely amazing at what she does!   I’m at the new location of Quick Quick Car Wash on low Sacramento Road and I come over here all the time they said this particular location is very big. You got more. You know the entry levels over there as far as getting the cars in for the members and nonmembers and these young kids over here are absolutely absolutely nice. Very very kind. I think you guys should try it. I’m gonna have some pictures. Also thank you.
