I got a fair price with a good annual percentage rate (APR)for the car. I would have gave them 4 or 5 stars but a day after the sell I could not get the salesman or sales/finance manager to return my calls. I had a question about how the APR was calculated. I talked to the salesman said he would ask the sales/finance manager and call me back. After a few hours I called and left a message for the sales/finance manager to call me back. I never heard from anybody. I guess after they make the sale they don't care about you. This type of poor customer service brings the ratings down. It also makes me wonder how good the service department is.
