  Great experience with picking up the vehicle at the Lodi,Ca location with Jose Diaz. No issues during pick up or drop off. Car ran smoothly through out our trip. Jose recommended we get a bigger vehicle to accommodate our baby items since he also can relate and he was right with the suggestion. We wouldn’t have been able to pack everything in a midsize vehicle. Would definitely keep booking through enterprise.

  I was looking for a car for the perfect fit for my drive from the West Coast to the East Coast. I had called three different locations and ended up getting Jose at the counter. This gentleman helped me get into a vehicle that was the right price and right size! There aren’t too many individuals who work in customer service that know how to actually be dedicated in providing above and beyond customer satisfaction. Thank you Jose!

  Recently had some auto body work done, and my insurance company sent me to Enterprise. Picking up a car was quick and easy. The car itself was a dream! My newer mid-size sedan was super clean, easy to drive, and had great acceleration when getting on the freeway.

  The irony their hold music is wild. I'm trying to call the local location to ask a specific question. I've had to call four times and each time I'm on hold waiting for someone to answer. After 12 minutes their phone system just hangs up on me. Meanwhile I'm listening to "Our Standard of Care" and "Promise to put you first". 🙄🙄🙄 This is a major customer service failure. At the very least answer the damn phone and set an expection rather than just leave the caller on hold for nearly an hour. This is customer service 101 that's not happening at this location.

  Staff was friendly and service was quick. Entire process was smooth and hassle free, very much appreciated that. Would recommend.
