  Litterly came just for a simple mount and balance of a single tire on a rim from my older car. They made us make an appointment and we have been sitting here for an hour. Over something that takes less than 15 mins.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I scheduled an appointment, but when I arrived I was told there would still be about a three-hour wait because only one technician was available. That made the appointment feel meaningless and was a major inconvenience. I also found the prices to be much higher than other shops I contacted for similar services, including tires and oil changes. When I asked for assistance, employees referred me to the manager, who was unavailable during my visit, so my concerns were not resolved. Overall, the experience was frustrating due to the long wait, poor communication, and high prices. I won't be returning.

  Flat tire on a road trip. Looked to repair but unsuccessful. Good price on a replacement tire and he prioritized my repair knowing that I was needing to get back in the road

  Very disappointing experience. On Sunday, June 21, I called Tire choice Auto Service center on Livermore to make sure they had the tire I needed. The employee confirmed they had it in stock, so I drove to the shop and arrived around 1:39 PM. I was told my vehicle would be ready by 4:00 PM. After waiting for hours, I called to check on the status of my car and was told they couldn’t do the work because they didn’t have enough staff. If you don’t have enough employees to handle the workload, why keep accepting customers and making promises you can’t keep? This was a complete waste of my time .A business should be honest about its capacity and communicate with customers instead of making them wait for hours only to be told the job can’t be done. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience.
