  My car blew a radiator hose assembly & expansion tank. Had it towed here at 2am. I knew what the problem was and had a rough idea of cost. They got me in first thing in the morning, confirmed my suspicions and had it done by the end of day. Amazing service and significantly lower cost than I expected for a sports car. Definitely recommend!

  If you happen to be a person of color or a different race avoid this place , bald guy in the front doesn’t acknowledge you and takes multiple calls in front of you as if you aren’t even there . Completely ignores you and doesn’t want to help plus wanted to charge me a crazy price for a tire patch/plug. His attitude and professionalism is not it . I brought race into it because the previous customer before me was a white male and he was talking to him with such kindness n professionalism and up I go next (Hispanic male) and before even saying anything to me or saying he’ll help me he gets a call then instantly takes and helps them then goes on to another phone call . Had me waiting 25 minutes just to get a ridiculous price and rudeness.

  The service at Livermore Tire Choice Auto Service Centers was absolutely terrible. I would not recommend this shop unless you are willing to pay for unexpected repairs and waste hours of your valuable time. I had four new tires installed here, and immediately afterward, the TPMS warning light came on and the tire pressure could no longer be detected. Everything was working perfectly before the tire installation. About a week later, I returned for my scheduled appointment. After waiting nearly three hours, I was told I needed to pay $239.98 to replace two TPMS sensors. They never explained why two sensors suddenly failed immediately after the tire installation. The worst part is that replacing the sensors did not fix the problem. When I returned about an hour later, the manager told me I might need to drive for several days to let the new sensors “relearn” with the vehicle. He then told me that if the problem continued, I should take the car to the dealer myself. Extremely frustrating service and zero accountability. I absolutely do not recommend this shop for tire service or vehicle maintenance.
