  Easy approach, multiple charge points available. Convenient to Starbucks and dining. Cables won't reach around your car, so park with the charge port close to the charger.

  The setup of the chargers are good with the rare chademo connection option. The system has difficulty reading card payments. Every time it fails it wants me to disconnect and put the cable away to try again (3 failures). Even when the payment went through the small payment screen was saying to disconnect when the larger screen said otherwise. It takes a couple of minutes to then setup to charge finding the correct current for safety which I am okay with. My biggest gripe is the initial $3 cost without any electric charge to my vehicle. If it was a minimum purchase that went to the product I would be okay with it, but this is just an extra fee that does no service or exchanges any product. This is just business practices that I do not like where fees, taxes and tips are not included with the advertised (displayed) price.

  The charger here are awesome!!! Crazy fast! This by far is our fave charging station. Too bad there's not a boba place in the plaza. There's Asian market though. The location is PRIME since it's not too far from the freeway.

  The first charger was dead, no display? The second charger, after 3 attempts, wouldn't connect to my EV, so I called the 877 number for help and after about 10min with him, he said the charger isn't working and I should try a different charger?
