I made my reservation a week in advance, yet when I got there, I was told they had to send someone to another location to retrieve my car. After waiting about 20 minutes, the vehicle finally arrived—and it was dirty. It makes me wonder what the point of making a reservation is if the vehicle isn’t going to be available and ready when you arrive. Reserving ahead of time should mean the car is clean, on-site, and waiting for the customer. Unfortunately, this has happened both times I’ve rented from this location. I hope they improve their reservation process because this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience.

I’ve never received service like this from any other rental car company. He followed up with me every step of the way and was very helpful and accommodating. Chase went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. It is evident that Chase really cares about his clients. Thank you Chase for the exceptional experience.
