    Do NOT rent from Penske. I reserved a 22 foot truck 4 months in advance to drive across the country on a move to Illinois. I reserved the truck at the earliest time of 9:00 AM. On the day of pick up, I didnt get my truck until 3:00 PM. Then I found out the hard way that the headlights did not work when it got dark and went to turn them on and nothing. I had to drive in the dark in the middle of no where for 2 hours and had to pay for a hotel for the night. Then the next day it took Penske half the day to get it sorted. I have zero confidence in this company. It cost me hundreds more in costs due to their negligence.
