  Update! No this hold is while using the app! Not a card who ever responded. EVgo Now hold $40 from your account. Apparently, starting Sunday, this change occurred you used to be able to use their app and it would only hold a five dollar charge. When asked if this is anywhere, their customer service said no this was not information that was put out anywhere. So now it doesn’t matter if you use their app or card at their machine, they are going to hold anywhere from $40-$55 from your account for 3 to 5 business days. Meaning if you charge on a Friday night, you probably aren’t gonna see that money until the Monday after next!!! I personally will no longer be using this company. There are too many other options out here for this to be the case. I also made sure to record my call with customer service because I do plan on contacting a class action lawsuit attorney because I’m sure there are more people than myself having this problem

  Ever time there's 2 chargers are unavailable 😕 not working its very frustrating.
