  I was getting a rental car due to a minor fender-bender on my Infiniti QX60. I called enterprise to ensure the rental would be a luxury SUV. They assured me they would have one available for me. My appointment was at 9am. There was no luxury SUV available. They tried to put me in a smaller SUV. I refused. I waited 2.5 hours for them to find a suitable car which was the Genesis GV80. It was a great vehicle and I had no complaints. Upon returning the car, there was only one person checking car returns. I had to walk out to the lot to get the guy to check in the car. It took far too long to check in the car. Otherwise, no problem with the car.
