  Amazing people. They helped me make sure my car gets fixed to perfection and communicated with me very well throughout the whole process. What I loved about them the most is just how kind and caring they are truly. I felt from them that they wanted to help me and they cared about getting it done right and on time. I truly believe these people are the best here in San Diego🤙🏼

  Collision Experts was referred to me a couple weeks ago for semi minor body work on my SUV. I had previously gotten another quote from a well known Company that I’ve used before some years ago. However, the reason I chose Collision Experts is because they said they could have my car repaired and back to me in 5-7 business days; the other Company was 4-6weeks! Also Collision Experts did not add on extra work I didn’t need and their pricing was fair. I am so glad I chose Collision Experts! The whole staff was absolutely awesome. I can’t say enough about their professionalism, their customer service and they kept me well informed. AND… I got my car back early then stated. I was so pleased with the repair work! That’s a big deal these days! I relied on them again to do another minor job last week. I can’t tell you how happy I am with their work! Really!!! If you are looking for a company that does professional work and great customer service I HIGHLY recommend Collision Experts.

  The only place to take your vehicle for body shop repairs—seamless and stress-free service. Collision Experts on Harris Street in Lemon Grove is professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. This family-owned business has earned a reputation as the best in the business. The staff is the very best the industry has to offer. Sarena, Auday, and David all deserve high praise. I brought my 2016 Honda Fit LX to a welcoming reception and professional atmosphere that I am grateful to have experienced on a level where customer service is a master class. My vehicle was damaged while in a tow yard by the towing company's tow truck driver. A large dent resulted when one of the tow truck's drivers hit my car while it was parked on their premises. My car was illegally towed and should never have been in their lot. With Collision Experts, I was constantly informed of the claims process, payments made, and the progress of my repair. I received consistent calls, texts, or both while my vehicle was in their care. I was very satisfied with their service, which was second to none. I would bring my vehicle back to Collision Experts for any auto body repair. Collision Experts equals satisfaction and professionalism. They assist most genuinely. They care for your vehicle as if it were their own. When I picked it up within a week (completion times depend on the type and level of damage), my beloved Honda Fit was restored to its original, like-new condition. The paint restoration was incredibly impressive. I could not tell where the damage occurred. I cannot thank Collision Experts enough for their effort, kindness, and genuine concern in getting my car back to me as soon as humanly possible. I recommend Collision Experts to you and anyone I know. They are genuine and hardworking. You deserve this level of service for peace of mind and safety.

  The employees were great, very informative, and did an exceptional job. I selected this shop because of their certifications, and they did not disappoint. Everyone was fantastic. I highly recommend them!

  They do an AMAZING JOB! My car was brand new and had a good amount of damage after the crash and they made it look just like before I bought it! They kept me updated throughout the whole process, and were very transparent and clear with what was going on. Cleaned the inside and outside as well, which was so amazing. I will 100% recommend them to anyone and everyone needing a repair!
