- AMAl Meza1 day ago1.0Customer service is awful. Had a few arrogant cashiers in the past. If you pay at the pump expect a 200 dollar something hold on your account for a month. Dont bother calling them about it, they will just say call your bank and refuse to comment about it. They know it is a problem on there end. There known for having skimmers on there credit card machines. Then the sheriff always sitting in the parking lot and manager banned me today for driving onto the property behind the gas station. There is no fence lock or sign. There also soliciting trespass for me in the neighboring buisness where my wife works and they threatened her employment at a totally different buisness on the same lot. Go across the street to any of the 3 other gastations for better service and price. I hardly ever go to flying j anyways even before I was trespassed for unknowingly trespassing. Its all forest and blm land here. Put a sign up saying private property keep out if you dont want people on the trail. California has a penal code which protects people from being charged for accidently trespassing. Basically says if there is no gate, lock, or sign a trespass charge can be easily disputed if it wasn't not intentional trespassing. For a manager to trespass someone from a buisness for accidental trespass is ridicoulous. Managers name is Justin. Let him know you read my review. They call the cop that sits in the parking lot all day burrito. I've heard from past flying j employees that the manager treats employees bad and the story's I've heard of the ex employees that worked at the Wendy's part of the gas station is worse. I'll never go to another flying j in my life. I'd rather call triple aaa to deliver gas to me than support a buisness like this. Don't give money to buisnesses with horrible service. There not doing you a favor.
