  Came for a shower after a long day, and I had the BEST customer service EVER!!! Everytime I come in her a lady named Dominique is always upbeat and has a great attitude! But tonight she went above and beyond. I wont bore you with a long story, but absolutely made my day great! So hars to find great people! Thank you so much Dominique and the extra towel Daniel!

  Super Friendly Staff. We were tired and hit from traveling and were greeted with genuine courtesy. They didn't make us feel like we needed to quickly make a purchase and go. Thank you Flying J

  It's a truck stop. Staff is friendly and are there to help you. BTW, very clean bathrooms.

  It has a small parking lot, so naturally they've made half the spaces ransom parking. $25 a night. The shower took forever to be ready, and when it finally was the room smelled weird and it was filthy. The fan didn't work, electrical plates falling away from the wall, etc. I also saw plenty of evidence of all the sketchy stuff other reviews mention. There's zero reason to ever go here.

  To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I received during my recent visit to your Flying J truck stop. I have traveled to many truck stops over the years; however, this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. From the moment I entered the store, I was treated with disrespect. Instead of being greeted or offered assistance, I was met with rude attitudes, dismissive behavior, and a complete lack of professionalism. Because of the way your employees acted, I immediately felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. What made this experience even worse was how I felt I was treated as a disabled customer. Rather than showing patience, understanding, or basic courtesy, the employees made me feel ignored and disrespected. As a result, I left feeling embarrassed, frustrated, and humiliated. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of whether they have a disability. Furthermore, the condition of the store only added to my disappointment. The overall atmosphere gave the impression that customer service and cleanliness were not priorities. Due to the poor condition of the facility and the attitude of the staff, I found it difficult to believe that customer satisfaction is important to your company. Unfortunately, the behavior of your employees reflected very poorly on Flying J. Businesses that serve the public have a responsibility to ensure every customer is treated fairly and professionally. Instead, I experienced disrespect and a lack of compassion. Consequently, I have lost confidence in your company and will seriously reconsider stopping at another Flying J location in the future. Despite expecting a positive experience from a well-known company, I was treated in a way that no customer should ever have to endure. Therefore, I strongly urge management to investigate this incident thoroughly, speak with the employees involved, and take appropriate disciplinary action if necessary. In addition, I hope your staff receive better training on customer service, professionalism, and treating disabled customers with respect. I am extremely disappointed because this entire situation could have been avoided if your employees had simply treated me with the courtesy and respect that every customer deserves. I sincerely hope you take this complaint seriously so that no one else has to experience what I did. Sincerely, Rylan
