  Let me preface this by first saying that this is not unique to this pilot flying j. This is something that all pilots is doing so I can recognize that it's a bit unfair that i'm giving this star rating based on this particular pilot, but this is where I discovered the issue, So it is what it is. Pilot will tell you that they no longer have the breakfast bar because it just wasn't selling and they were losing money. In reality, it's just because they want to engage in a form of shrinkflation. If you don't know a shrinkflation is shrinkflation is a form of inflation where instead of the price of the item increasing, you decrease the amount of goods that a person is getting but charging the same price, which effectively is inflating the price. Pilot shrinkflation is quite unique. What they are doing, and have been doing for a while with the breakfast burritos, they do not touch the price and they keep the item the same size. But they fill the item with a bunch of inexpensive, poor quality ingredients. Before the breakfast disappeared, the person making the burritos would have to take each individual ingredient from the breakfast bar and put it into the burrito. So if you want it bacon, they would put actual strips of bacon in your burrito. If you wanted eggs, they would take cooked scramble eggs and put them into your burrito. I noticed this happening about a year and a half ago, but instead of just continuing to buy the burrito I started to go to the breakfast bar and buy the sausages and everything myself and just make a breakfast sandwich, or a breakfast burrito with my own tortilla or bread. So what they did is just eliminate the breakfast bar altogether and force you to buy their breakfast sandwiches or breakfast burrito, which has ground up product in it, which 80% of that is just potato. Please look at my picture below to see what i'm talking about. There's no real meat. There are no real eggs.It's just all pretty much all potato. Before you would get and entire sausage in each burrito.If you order the bacon egg burrito, you get four strips of bacon. I would bet dollars to donuts, that there isn't even a quarter of a patty of sausage in here.They just stretch it with potato and just put potato in everything. When you're eating it, you can't even taste the meat. All you taste is potato and cheese. This comment is long enough, so I'll leave it there concerning the burrito. But just be aware that this is the trend that these companies are doing. They're all in it to just extract money from you. They do not care if you return. They don't care about the quality of products&service. They factor that in in their algorithms and in their projections that people will be upset. They calculate they will have a hundred new, more truckers coming into the business, and they'll take advantage of a those guys until they get upset. At which time a hundred new guys will come in, so they don't care. They depend on the trucking industrial mill system, to keep putting out new truckers so that they can keep giving them inferior product. And when people get upset and stop going to them, they'll just depend on the next group of new fresh meat.

  Honestly my favorite and real reason to stop by is snacks and drinks always kept stocked and overall getting glimps and views of this lovely employee always working hard 👀❤️

  Do not buy any electronic items at any flying J or pilot locations, the new policy is you cannot return items, even within the 7 Days return policy even if it's damaged. including Bluetooth, tablets or any electronic items you will not be able to return them, even if they are damaged from the factory even tho within the 7-Day return period.
