  I brought my 2004 Mercedes sl 500 for a hydraulic fluid flush and fill. Best service and great price. If anyone has a non Subaru make or model to service then I highly recommend they come to Trust AV Subaru! They really do work on all makes and models! Thank you Sayra and Team. Joseph too! Great job!

  Buying your first car is a huge milestone, we are grateful to Danny at Subaru for making the experience so positive for our son. From the moment we arrived, Danny was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the Subaru Outback. He is a proud owner of an Outback himself. A few things that stood out about Danny was the time he spent with our son showing him all the features and endless possibilities with the Outback. He also took our son out on a long test drive so he was able to get a good feel for the car, its features and how it handles in different driving conditions. That extra effort cemented our son’s confidence in his purchase. Throughout the process he treated our son with respect, answered all his questions, never made him feel rushed or pressured. He just exuded pure excitement towards all the adventures that my son would experience in the great outdoors with his Outback. Our son’s has saved his money for a few years, and watching him drive away in his dream car was a proud moment for our family. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience and that was solely due to Danny. He made an impact on our family, as a kind and caring person, who was genuinely happy for our son.

  I bought my first Crosstrek 2025 today and went alone. I really enjoyed working with Mike He did a good job taking care of my requests and questions. There was no pressure to buy anything from anyone. It was my first time buying a car. It was a wonderful and peaceful experience. They were all transparent, friendly and fun to work with. Bri was super friendly and took me on a fun test drive. She made me feel comfortable upon arrival and honored my special request. Thank you Andrew for giving me a great reasonable price, Charles for taking lots of pictures of me 🤣, Nathan for kindly reviewing the contract with me, Steve for the kind greeting. I love my new car and excited to go on lots of adventures! I highly recommend this dealer. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time!!

  My 1 star review goes to Service department. Took my 2025 Subaru WRX in for oil change today and I noticed on my way back home my peak boost was reading higher than when I drove it in. Before oil change it was at 13.2 after oil change 13.7 now I know for fact there is no way it happened by itself. Called to speak with service advisor to ask if car was taken on test drive she said no unless there is a complaint with the vehicle having issues then it would be taken on a test drive otherwise it's only driven to the Bay then after the oil change it idles or a few minutes and driven back for pickup. Either she didn't know the technician or porter took car on joy ride and abused the crap out of my car. I don't even drive it hard myself and always take good care of my cars. Also noticed my 2nd gear feels little funny after. Very frustrating and upset about what happened today. Beware if you own high performance model they will take your car on joy ride. Hopefully after this review someone does something about it and doesn't repeat. Makes me want to get dash cam!
