  I bought my first Crosstrek 2025 today and went alone. I really enjoyed working with Mike He did a good job taking care of my requests and questions. There was no pressure to buy anything from anyone. It was my first time buying a car. It was a wonderful and peaceful experience. They were all transparent, friendly and fun to work with. Shout to Bri who took me on a fun test drive. Thank you Andrew for giving me a great reasonable price, Charles for taking lots of pictures of me 🤣, Nathan for kindly reviewing the contract with me, Steve for the kind greeting. I love my new car and excited to go on lots of adventures! I highly recommend this dealer. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time!!

  My 1 star review goes to Service department. Took my 2025 Subaru WRX in for oil change today and I noticed on my way back home my peak boost was reading higher than when I drove it in. Before oil change it was at 13.2 after oil change 13.7 now I know for fact there is no way it happened by itself. Called to speak with service advisor to ask if car was taken on test drive she said no unless there is a complaint with the vehicle having issues then it would be taken on a test drive otherwise it's only driven to the Bay then after the oil change it idles or a few minutes and driven back for pickup. Either she didn't know the technician or porter took car on joy ride and abused the crap out of my car. I don't even drive it hard myself and always take good care of my cars. Also noticed my 2nd gear feels little funny after. Very frustrating and upset about what happened today. Beware if you own high performance model they will take your car on joy ride. Hopefully after this review someone does something about it and doesn't repeat. Makes me want to get dash cam!

  I purchased a 2026 Outback Wilderness on June 6th. This is for you Jeremy… May you continue to be down to earth, easy going, kind and most of all don’t lose your patience! You are the reason why we came back and purchased our second car. We had other offers from other dealerships not in the Antelope Valley but we came back because of your approachable attitude. No matter how many questions, test drives etc you went out of your way to satisfy our inquiries. You might think 🤔 well wait a minute every car salesman should be like that but “no” they are not. You might be young in your field but you’re a natural of reading people. To Scott: thank you making the deal happen…and respecting my request it was painless and quick! Thank you!

  What an awesome adventure we had purchasing our Subaru after years of dreaming of owning one, thanks to Danny! If you come by here, make sure you ask for Danny Gomez specifically. We came by during a stressful time due to suddenly losing our Honda. Danny was so helpful and supportive during the entire process. If you want to buy a car from someone you can trust, it’s Danny Gomez at Lancaster Subaru! The entire staff was very nice and honest, best customer service I’ve ever experienced from a dealership hands down.
