  The technician did a great job, I was able to get a quick appointment, it only took about an hour, I just wish windshields weren't so expensive, I wish they offered longer term interest free payments.

  I had my rear window replaced after it was shot with a BB gun on the 4th of July. I found out too late that Safelite is not allowed to remove child car seats to vacuum up glass. I was told to shampoo the car seats as there would be a fine powder left behind from the broken glass. Went to remove the first car seat and got a glass shard in my knuckle from behind the seat. I put on gloves and then finished vacuuming up the back seat and trunk where I found many larger chunks of glass. I just wish I had been told about the car seats from the start then maybe the car seats and the car wouldn’t have contained so much leftover glass.

  I had my windshield replaced and I noticed that the side moldings were not flush with the car and were sticking out a bit on both side. I had an appointment with Honda and I asked them about it and they didn't like it either. I went back over to safelite in lancaster and a guy looked at it and told me it was fine and that all the clips were holding and it was fine. Honda stated that it shouldn't be sticking up like that. I called safelite and was on the phone for 20 min with safelite online and they dont have spot to click on for warranty appointment. They won't let you talk to anyone either. I am now going back into lancaster tomorrow to complain in person. I went back over to Safelite this morning and I talked to a different guy there. Saul was very nice and he took my car back and it was done in less than 10 minutes. Both side moldings are flush and perfect. Thank you Saul. I appreciate you.

  This is the second time that I trusted Safelite to replace my windshield. Once was when a large sized road debris was thrown into the windshield. It practically broke through the glass and left large chips on the dash and carpet inside the car. They vacuumed the debris and replaced the windshield in shop. This time I requested that they come to me and that was just as amazing. Great service all around.

  The technicians were very polite and helpful. I was able to get my car in for service very quickly. They did a great job with the installation and in a very timely manner. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and professionalism with the facility.
