  I usually never write reviews however I must say I was almost scammed I listened to my intuition and left I went in on a busy Monday morning to do a synthetic oil change now I am well aware there is uncharge on that as well I know about maintenance charges however I was absolutely floored when the older gentleman quoted me 160 like what? first why am I being charged double than the posted sign all he said is I have a special engine I have never heard of that in my life I’ve owned this car for 6 years and I’ve done maintenance at the dealership I think I would know if I had a “special engine “.Sir respectfully I own a Toyota Camry nothing crazy . I have been charged at the dealership way less than that , that was shocking went down the street got my oil change for 70 bucks , i genuinely believe the man who helped me must have thought I was stupid or that I have never done an oil change . Don’t fall for this scam

  KP was the one who helped and helped me understand my car is different and needs certain things..he has great customer service and is very respectable and knows his job well..and yes I do plan on coming back due to the fact I was treated right.
