  Very disappointing customer service. I visited EZ Lube and was assisted by an employee named Chris. He was unfriendly, rude, and refused to even look at the competitor’s (Midas) coupon I brought in. When I asked about the coupon, he said he does not handle or address coupons. He did not offer to contact management, provide a helpful explanation, or try to assist me in any way. His attitude made it seem like he simply wanted to leave and did not want to help customers. Employees like this reflect poorly on the business and damage the company’s reputation. I hope the owner or manager takes this seriously and reviews how customers are being treated. Very poor experience.

  Amazing service! They were super fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Huge shoutout to Zack and marco for being friendly, helpful, and making the whole oil change process smooth and stress-free. Didn’t have to wait long at all, and the customer service was excellent. Definitely coming back again for future services. Highly recommend!

  Good and convenient service. Was met immediately and submitted a coupon for synthetic oil change. Hot day and clean cool lobby to wait in. Facilities are clean and quiet, well located. Zach met me to tell me job was done, thank you

  As easy as could be. Zach and his team greeted me promptly, quoted the price from memory, offered me a water, and completed my oil change efficiently. Simple, routine service, but done in a way that will have me coming back.

  Zack was very professional. Told me what kind of oil I needed how much it to cost and did I want to moved forward with the oil change. Very helpful he asked if i want to replace my air filter which was very dirty. He did great and great customer service.
