  I rented a car and returned it at Lancaster outlet. Unfortunately I forgot to take out 2 of my luggages hidden in the spare tire compartment area. The next day I came back and was helped by Robert. He was very nice and helpful to contact the next renter and few hours later, my luggages were returned. I was so grateful and very happy with the great customer service was obtained. Thank you very much Robert

  Enterprise rent a car is one of the best car rentals there is, very good price and customer experience, and no limit on the mileage.

  Horrible service, after I made a reservation i was told when I arrived they had no vehicles available will never attempt to rent from them again.

  Never trust this place for important affairs Left us hanging with our reservation Called to see what happened and at the last minute said our reservation could not be honored. Said they would call us back for replacement They never called back so when we called back it was closed and just left us hanging on a important trip with Grandkids and Great Grandchildren Thanks for nothing not even a courtesy call back Very unprofessional and rude running and hiding from your mistakes.
