  Kenneth & Monique customer service is outstanding. They were able to help me with all my questions. Had no problems at all with my rental and wait time. I was helped as soon as I got there. Thank you so much for doing a great job. Keep up the good work. Most definitely will be returning.

  personal were polite and friendly. but they didnt have my reserved car. the bathroom was clean but had neither towels nor soap. after waiting more than a half hour for a vehicle I was offered a Chevy Malibu. this is bigger than a compact but no way is it a standard size vehicle as asserted. since it isnt a hatchback its rather lacking in trunk space. worse it has poorly designed temp controls and radio controls. I had to hunt for the one USB port I found so I could use my phone. as a ride I would never want this particular car ever again. the check in was smooth and again polite and courteous staff. I got this rental as my own vehicle was in the shop for a few days and was very glad to get my own vehicle back.

  I Was dissatisfied with enterprise rental car in palmdale,ca. Giving me a faulty car it was a inconvenience having to change it out at another enterprise but they made it right at the end of the day!

  Awful awful awful. Made reservations to pick up vehicle. Last minute, manager Robert Wiley refuses to allow us to rent the vehicle due to a fault on their end. When we made a reservation, we made it clear we would be using our bank card, due to not having any more credit cards. Bella said that was not an issue and confirmed our reservations. The day of our pick up, Robert said no we couldn't rent it. We were renting this vehicle to bring our child home from college on their move out date. We are now at a loss, what are we supposed to do now with only a few hours before we were supposed to head out to pick out child from college? Our family car isnt big enough to bring our child's belongings home. We will never recommend this location to anyone, ever. Also, the workers fly through the parking lot in the rental cars. One employee almost back right into my vehicle because they had one phone in their hand and zooming thru.

  I reserved a truck 1 month ahead of when they called me to confirm I let them know i was using a debit card. Bella said it was fine that there would be a 300 dollar deposit which I had no problem with. When I showed up the manager Robert willy informed me that I could no longer use my debit card and have to provide a major credit.i informed him that I don't use credit cards. I called corporate and they told me that the manager at the store has the power to override the system. They told me to wait and said that they would be understanding. I waited over 1:30 min walked backed in and Robert said no. He didn't even try to help. All he offered was an economy car In place of the truck. If I could rate lower I would.
