  I was very disappointed. I came in with a transmission problem. They charged me for a diagnostic, told me they didn't work on transmissions and I need to take it to the dealer. I paid for the diagnostic and had to leave. I went to AAMCO and they replaced the transmission.

  Appointments are easy to book, staff is friendly, and they seem honest. For someone who hates dealing with car servicing, they make it painless and affordable.

  The guys at Mountain View were very helpful with helping me with replacing my tires. Great service and reasonable prices. Strongly recommend Mountain View.

  I had a very good experience with the manager. He was extremely nice, helpful, answered all of my questions, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable with a bathroom nearby. I also want to make it clear that my concern was not with the manager. Once I brought the issue to his attention, he was very responsive and made sure the tire rotation was completed and that air was added to my tires. My concern was with the initial service performed on my vehicle. Before my oil change, I specifically asked about getting air in my tires because the tire pressure was low, and I was told that a tire rotation was included with the oil change. When I received my vehicle, the paperwork showed the tires at 35 PSI, but when I drove away and checked my dashboard, the tire pressures did not match what was listed. I also noticed that the tires had not been rotated because I have a rear tire with a nail in it, and that same tire was still in the rear. I don’t know if there was a lack of communication between the people working on my vehicle and the manager, but those services were not initially completed as I understood they would be. Once I brought it to the manager’s attention, he made sure everything was taken care of, which I appreciated. For me, honesty and clear communication go a long way with customers. If something can’t be completed or there is a reason a service needs to be handled differently than what was originally discussed, I would much rather be told upfront. I just want to know that what I’m told will be done is actually followed through with and that the paperwork accurately reflects the work performed. Overall, I appreciated the manager’s customer service and how he handled the situation. My main feedback is simply to make sure there is clear communication with the technicians so the services discussed with the customer are completed the first time.

  I brought my Fiat Abarth in for oil service and AC recharge. The service was completed quicker than quoted which was great. AC recharge made a massive difference and the oil change was done correctly, no issues with leaks after the service. I will definitely come back for continued service.
