I love how there are always fresh new towels for my wipe down. The bays are nice and wide and I don't ever bump into the car next to me. The staff is super friendly and they keep the facility super clean. Bonus is that they have an on site boba shop which is delicious! Highly recommend Crown America Car Wash!

After I got in my car and decided to pull into a parking spot at the car wash to put my items back in place, I noticed that there was a rip in the car seat. I went to address this with the manager and staff responsible for this task and was told my car seat was already ripped when they were cleaning it. I did not notice a rip on my car seat before they cleaned it. Staff reported they told another staff about the rip but did not address this either me. I am upset about the customer service regarding this issue. If my car seat was ripped before I requested this service, they should have approached me before they started the task to inform me of the rip and asked if I would like to proceed. Staff were insistent that the seat was already ripped before they began washing the car. For $99 and damage to the vehicle, you are better off spending your money elsewhere.
