After I got in my car and decided to pull into a parking spot at the car wash to put my items back in place, I noticed that there was a rip in the car seat. I went to address this with the manager and staff responsible for this task and was told my car seat was already ripped when they were cleaning it. I did not notice a rip on my car seat before they cleaned it. Staff reported they told another staff about the rip but did not address this either me. I am upset about the customer service regarding this issue. If my car seat was ripped before I requested this service, they should have approached me before they started the task to inform me of the rip and asked if I would like to proceed. Staff were insistent that the seat was already ripped before they began washing the car. For $99 and damage to the vehicle, you are better off spending your money elsewhere.

Wish I was told how long the detailing would take… was waiting over 3 hours. The guy washing my car had a great attitude until he demanded a tip and I told him sry I have no cash on me and he just gave me a look and walked away without saying a word. I usually have a great experience here, but demanding gratuity seems very unprofessional in my opinion.
