  Okay... Martinez & the staff here at Allen Tire gave me a genuinely great customer service experience. No one likes having car troubles & being without your car. They didn't try to sell me anything but something happened to my van that Allen was not responsible for. Let me be clear. The problem came from years of neglect nothing they did however & here's the crazy part... Martinez made it a priority & went waaaaayyyy above & beyond to try to isolate & fix my problem. I'm actually pretty blown away with the level of service & the willingness to really address the problem at such a level. I'm really impressed. Been coming here for tire stuff for 28 years. I'm 45 now & after this I will 100% use this shop for all my auto needs that they can accommodate. I can't say enough positive things. I don't even know what the outcome of my van is yet. They still have it. But I'm telling you now that regardless of the final outcome they have busted their butt's to do whatever they can to help make it the best it can be. Thanks Martinez!

  My tire blew out on Saturday night at 4:30PM, they had me back on the road by 7PM. Fantastic service!

  It’s not been the same since big Mike left. Feels corporate now. Incessant text messages asking for reviews. Harder attitude dudes running the counters. Kind of a bummer as I have been going there for almost 30 years.

  Edward was very helpful in making my experience expedited and easy to understand. We were able to finance very easily for the work that was done to my car with no interest for the life of the loan. I would highly recommend for any of your tire and car needs.

  I arrived before 7:30am on a Saturday for tire service. The posted hours of operation online and on the front door are 7:30am to 7pm. There was one employee, who did not have keys to get in, and about 5 other customers in addition to myself. We waited until 8am and the other employees still failed to show up. A few of the customers said that they were told by staff yesterday to come back today, at 7:30am. The employee that was waiting to work said that there is supposed to be someone at 7:30am to open the doors and work the front desk. The employee also advised us customers that Cruz Tires was open and we could take our vehicles to have services done there. After waiting for over 30 minutes and hearing the lack of service and unprofessionalism described by the other customers, I left. I ended up taking my vehicle to a tire shop closer to my home and the service was exceptional. I have been taking my vehicles here for years and have always had great service. Since Allen Tire has become corporate-owned the level of service and professionalism has drastically decreased. I will not be taking my vehicles to be serviced at Allen Tire in the future.
