The sales staff were informative and experienced with tire sales. The time to install 4 tires was about 1.5 hours. The Tire installer needs to be sure tire pressures are accurate to specs. One tire was at 32 psi..others were at 38..37..36..I checked at home with digital guage

So disappointed in so many ways! Oil change was almost $100! I’ve been an Allen patron for years and always paid no more than $50. Also, they gave me a list of repairs needed and photos, offering to do the work. I had just had a lot of these things dealt with by my mechanic a few months earlier, so, I took the information to my mechanic and he put my car up on his rack and reported back that the list was BS and had another of his customers come in with the same situation a few weeks before. I will never be back to Allen Tire, nor will my son… or anyone else I report this to…

Just bought a used car in the area but one of the tires had a nail in it. We still had to drive two hours to get home so we wanted to at least get air in it. Went to a gas station and their air machine was down. Allens Tire Co was close by so we stopped by and even though they were about to close, they took our car in to fix the tire, and all for free! Great customer service!

Truly disgusting attitude and untrustworthy service. I had sent my father here to get a patch on a single tire and they told my father that he needed all 4 tires replaced. Once I get there with the car owner, I was immediately greeted with a piece of paper being slid over towards us. When I asked what was the guaranteed miles for the tires and price. He was not happy to hear that I did not want all 4 tires and he immediately told his crew to place all 4 tires back on. Meanwhile I was trying to ask him repeatedly how much 1 tire was. I give the green light for the 1 tire and he tells his crewmember to place 1 new tire. That crewmember asked him, "for which wheel?" Why did he have to ask that if there is apparently a leak in one wheel? If the replacement was truly urgent, then I would have replaced them, but I was met with a stone cold demeanor that said otherwise. I will not be returning.

Every time I visit this location, the manager Martinez, Lino, and Edgar have all been welcoming and have gone above and beyond to make sure the services needed on my vehicle is affordable! It’s been very stressful driving a Cadillac I have only had for fourteen months to need so much attention but this team have helped me feel comfortable and confident in the work they do. Thank you for the welcoming environment you created with your team Martinez .
