  Its an over sight on my part, but after paying and picking up my car, after the tires were changed. I noticed an upcharge for RHallentire. I did not know what this was for as I was not explicitly advised of the charge. I would not have accepted the road hazard coverage if I had been advised prior to checking out or at the time of the drop off. I then called customer service to inquire about the charge and was told by the operator, she would have a manager return my call, that was Friday morning after I picked up my vehicle. To date no return call. Will not be back to Allen Tires, which I picked due to a good customer service reputation.

  Thanks to Jesse for quickly filling up my two rear tires during my lunch break when they were low. He provided excellent service, great conversation, and was genuinely a very wholesome gentleman. Really appreciate the help!

  Allen Tire is a great local shop to get basic automotive services done (tires, oil change, brakes) at reasonable prices. They're a good alternative to the hacks at those quick lube places like Jiffy Lube and Valvoline. One thing I've noticed is that they don't do anything extra unless you request it, for better or worse. Basic oil change is under $60 (for my car) and took under 2 hours ( I got there when they opened at 7:30am). They tend to take longer when it's busy. But they're open 7 days a week which is great. Overall a good shop if you have the time to leave your car.

  Allen Tire Company on Woodruff and Carson provided me with a great experience when I recently replaced all tires on my car. I trusted the expertise of the reps there and it was confirmed by how friendly, professional, willing, and kind the team was there. The work was done in a timely manner, and I'm thankful for their help!

  We have been going to Allen‘s for years with multiple cars and tires. This was the first time I was unhappy and may not return. I felt I was not given enough options of tire selections and when I said I needed to leave by 4 o’clock, which was six hours later, I was told that would be OK. However, the car was not ready until after 5:30. The lack of proper communication made me unhappy.
