Lewis informed me my skid plate was damaged (my fault, lowered vehicle) and they did a good job of securing it for me. The manager Eli always provides great service with a smile.
- RRRebeccaAug 15, 20265.0Grabbed a coupon from their website and swung by on a Saturday afternoon; there was no line, though all the bays were occupied after I pulled inside. It's so convenient to be able to stay in my car for the service, and the service itself was completed very quickly (oil change + tire rotation after the tech pointed out that my front tires' treads were worn). My information from my previous visit was already saved in the system, which was also very convenient. The technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. Really appreciate being able to drop by Valvoline for quick maintenance!

It was still over $150 with a coupon. It was never that high before. Upon further research the oil price markup was the culprit. It costs around $50 retail for Euro synthetic 5 quarts - my charge was $133! That is a 266% markup. I am not OK with this - I will be posting a review to let other future customers know about this markup amount. Not worth going back to your oil change location - ever.
