  Returned the rental almost 2 weeks ago and never got my deposit back, called a few times and was promised I’d receive my deposit next day. Called twice again today and couldn’t reach Nick the manager but was told by another manager he would call me and never did. Just false promises. As the saying goes you’re only as good as your word and their communication showed.

  Let’s get one thing straight: when a rental agency fails to provide the exact vehicle booked, the industry standard—and basic consumer decency—dictates a free upgrade. Instead, at this Enterprise location, their staff weaponized their own inventory shortage to bait-and-switch me, forcing me into a higher-segment vehicle and illegally/unjustly charging me extra for your mistake. This is extortion, plain and simple.

  This location and its employees are by far one of the worst I’ve encountered. I called in and the guy immediately put me on hold saying he’s helping another customer and left me on hold indefinitely. I waited 30 mins on the phone and hung up. I knew he wasn’t going to come back to help me out. In the past when I went to this location they never have cars. Worst experience.

  Great customer service, but vehicle condition was disappointing. The staff at this location were actually great—the customer service was solid, and the check-in and check-out process was relatively quick and efficient. No complaints about the team at all. However, the condition of the fleet left a lot to be desired. There was almost no selection available, and I was given a Hyundai Elantra with over 35k miles on it. To make matters worse, the car itself was quite dirty on the inside when I picked it up. While I appreciate the fast and helpful service from the employees, Enterprise really needs to do a better job with vehicle maintenance and thorough cleaning between rentals.
