- EEEarlAug 25, 20261.0Do not go to this enterprise keep looking!!! No inventory, all the cars were very dirty even after they were “cleaned” . Told me it would take 15 to clean the car if i wanted to wait. Came back 2.5 hrs later and all the options were still filthy just to find i was downgraded and they gave the option i had reserved for me to someone else. Complained but my complaints weren't cared for. I will say the girl working there did kinda try to help with the situation but management didn't seem to care so why should we. I loved enterprise before this visit to this location and now am wondering if i will do business with the company ever again

- ICIzrael CastellanosJul 2, 20261.0Returned the rental almost 2 weeks ago and never got my deposit back, called a few times and was promised I’d receive my deposit next day. Called twice again today and couldn’t reach Nick the manager but was told by another manager he would call me and never did. Just false promises. As the saying goes you’re only as good as your word and their communication showed.
