  So... I know nothing about cars, but I always go to this location for an oil change. I happened to be getting gas across the street and remembered I will be going on a long trip tomorrow and I drive a lot, I noticed that my sticker said 127k and I was at 129k but I do drive a Chevy volt which I know generally requires less oil changes. I went in to ask the gentleman, who I assume was the manager, if I should get an oil change, (after showing him my sticker and telling him what kind of car I had), and he basically said " have you checked the oil?", and I stated "no, I don't really know how to do that." I asked him if he knows if I should change the oil at this point if I have this kind of car and he said "it's up to you" and stated that if he wanted me to get my oil checked he would charge me $10. There was no one in line at all and he was just in the office doing nothing. There was no sense of customer support or loyalty. I feel that if I'm a long-standing customer, an oil check should be free and advice should be given, especially when it's obvious that I don't know anything about cars. I used to think this place was okay.... but zero stars for today if that was a choice.... I am forced to give one star. I will say I've never seen this gentleman before and usually have a good experience. I wish I got his name but it was around 6:20 p.m. on a Tuesday evening, just so everyone else is aware. 🙂

  If I could give 10 stars I would! Brett and Micah got my oil and cabin air filter changed WITH A DISCOUNT, check on the website for coupons and promotions, I almost had to pay a fortune at the other shop. Thanks again and definitely will be coming back🔥

  Had a great experience at Valvoline today for my oil change. Josh worked on my car and was super helpful and efficient, Noah took the time to go over everything with me clearly, and Miguel the manager even came out to check on me before I left which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. Definitely quick and efficient. Thank you guys!

  Excellent service! We were in and out! Which was really important since we have kids in the car. Even though it wasn’t a long wait Miguel (the manager) gave my boys coloring books! Shout out to Anthony the technician helping us get safely back on the road. Definitely coming back!

  Noah and Matt were super polite and professional. They made sure everything was checked off before I was on my way. I was there for no more than 10 minutes for an oil change, which was impressive. Even though there’s a Valvoline closer to me, I keep coming back to this location because of the quality of work and fast wait times. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone because of these guys!
