  Ghaleb was amazing. He was professional, informative and took such good care of my car I really appreciated it. He found things that I would’ve gotten a ticket for and let me know that he could fix it that day. It was awesome. I will definitely come back to this Valvoline from now on.

  I came to the Valvoline off of rail road canyon for an oil change. They changed the oil a week prior but I had to come back because oil was leaking. They said I had a faulty oil screw, fixed the problem and put more oil in. They told me to drive it around, come back and they would top it off. I had to go to work so they said I could come back for the oil top off. They were also supposed to be sending some one out to clean my garage from the spilled oil. They never came. A few days later it was leaking again. This time I explained everything to a “not so friendly female” technician and she charged me for the oil that I was told would be free. When I asked could I get a copy of the previous visit and the technicians who worked on the car. She said they were not employed there anymore. When I asked for the manager she said that she was the manager. This is a 2023 BMW x1 by the way. And we have had no problems with leaking oil. I hate to assume, but the writing is on the wall that Valvoline may be responsible for the leak. As of now I’m at big brand tire to see if they can help. They are trying to check on the issue but said that Valvoline should have taken care of it. I’m hoping that they can fix what appears Valvoline has messed up.

  They are always fantastic and professional. Thank you to Micah this visit for being personable, kind and making sure I received the oil service I asked for while also going the extra mile to lead me to where I was parked in the shade while I waited. I appreciate that there are checks and balances to make sure everything is done correctly and in a timely manner.

  Alberto and the homies always take care of my car! I bring my 2024 Corolla here all the time, they have the super thin oil that not every mechanic carries. They always finish under 30 minutes and their records of previous visits are always accurate. I forgot what the lady manager’s name is, but she’s dope as hell as well! You can expect excellent service every time, which is what makes me keep coming back!

  I was due to get my oil changed. I didn’t wanna wait for the dealer or look for a Cadillac dealer. I saw this place didn’t know it was a drive-through, but that was awesome but the way that they took care of my car they looked at my car history they told me what my car was due for what I could wait to do and I appreciate it that they were friendly and professional. It was so easy this is what I’ll do from now on. It was worth it. It took 15 to 20 minutes and I was out of there. My car runs smooth no oil leaks. It was just an awesome experience the stuff that helped me though I don’t recall their names were very, very friendly and I felt very comfortable. This is awesome for older people, and I recommend it for our senior community.
