  Chris and his team provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He took the time to walk me through all the recommended services and explained everything clearly. When the shop's equipment had an issue that prevented them from using my usual 5W-30 oil, he was upfront about it immediately and made sure I knew exactly what was being used instead. He also took the extra step to update my profile with the change. This kind of honesty and attention to detail is hard to find. Highly recommend this location and their professional team.

  The service, while not precisely 15 minutes, was excellent. I was promptly greeted at the window while in line and provided with clear information regarding the service process. The positive energy exhibited by the staff is a direct reflection of effective management, which was further evidenced by a follow-up on my service.   I want to say I go there for your customer service and I go there for my boy Sam, he’s amazing he’s friendly he knows his stuff, but this time I got serviced by Jacob and he was amazing! He’s so friendly he’s extremely knowledgeable, I needed a new battery but my husband last minute after I paid for my oil change said just get the battery from there so I told manny he worked in the bottom another great guy so friendly and funny gets along well with the customers I told him that I had no problem going back around but ima do the battery change as well and he said no problem just park in that parking spot and Jacob will be with you and change it for you there. When Jacob came by I apologized for the last minute decision but he was so cool about he was so understanding he’s great and friendly to talk with he changed my battery so fast I couldn’t thank him enough. So big thank you and shout out to Sam Jacob and manny they are truly why I will keep coming back to that valvoline.

  I had an outstanding experience with Alex at Valvoline in Lake Elsinore. Alex is one of those rare automotive professionals who not only knows cars inside and out, but also has exceptional people skills. He is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, patient, and willing to take the time to explain things in a way that is easy to understand. I brought in my BMW 325Ci Convertible with a coolant and oil issue. Alex immediately put me at ease and even mentioned that he had owned a car just like mine, which gave me confidence that he truly understood the vehicle and its common issues.
