  I spent $109 getting the premium synthesized service and a month later all my oil drained out. When I went back they said that it was nothing to do with them. Very suspicious also, they said my transmission oil was low and it is not so they're trying to mess with people. Be careful with the up charges. And I do not recommend this place for anybody

  Love coming to this location. They are always super friendly and fast with the oil change. Manny and T are great and very friendly with great customer service. This is the only place my family comes for oil changes and always appreciate their service.

  Chris is an astounding person and incredibly friendly and informative. I also want to shout out Gabald I hope I’m spelling that correctly incredible team at Valvoline in Lake Elsinore I was finished up and leaving in 10 minutes. Definitely will be a return customer! Thanks again!

  I had an outstanding experience thanks to Madison, the manager. From the moment I arrived, she was professional, welcoming, and genuinely focused on providing excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. What really stood out was her willingness to help and her attention to detail. Not only did she ensure I had a great experience, but she also took the extra step of providing me with a coupon for my Valvoline oil change, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism with such a thoughtful, customer-first approach. Madison is a true asset, and her leadership clearly reflects in the quality of service. I’ll definitely be returning because of the experience she provided.

  The service itself was excellent once I was in the bay, but the wait time was over an hour, which is why I’m giving four stars. There were multiple cars in the other bays moving ahead of me while the car in front of me was dealing with a more complex issue, and it felt like there were opportunities to redirect me to another bay and get me serviced sooner. After about 40 minutes, communication also dropped off and no one checked in on my wait time. That said, once I was helped, the experience was great. They were able to check me in during the wait so the actual oil change was quick, and Ghaleb in particular was personable and made a frustrating situation much better. His attitude genuinely turned my experience around.
