  It was very comfortable working with Eric, Brittany, and Veronica at A&M Automotive. Eric was the service writer. He explained the repair process and the estimated costs. I was visiting from out of state to assist a relative with a family emergency. I also looked on line to find an automotive repair shop to also fix their car. After reading many reviews I settled on A&M. They scored a 4.9. I'm so glad chose them. They got me in the next day and performed excellent work on the vehicle. The prices charged were fair and the work was excellent. I'm so glad I went with A&M. For me, fair prices and excellent work makes A&M the go to place in Lake Elsinore. DeGolden Williams

  A&M Automotive did an **awesome job** with my oil change! Right away, they got started on my vehicle (I definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time if you want that quick service), and they performed a **full inspection** with a detailed report of everything they found. And here’s the part that really stood out to me: **NO PUSHY SELLING!** That’s a huge thing for me. They simply brought their findings to my attention, and we started connecting the dots as to why my vehicle was driving the way it was. Once they explained everything, it all made sense. Now I know what I need to keep an eye on and work on down the road. The waiting room was also super comfortable, **actual sofas instead of those uncomfortable waiting room chairs**, fresh hot coffee, and a nice-size TV. Definitely made the wait more enjoyable! I highly recommend **A&M Automotive** for your vehicle needs. You’re supporting a **great local family business** that genuinely cares about your vehicle and wants to get you safely back on the road as quickly as possible. Great service, honest communication, and no pressure. That goes a long way with me!

  A&M Automotive in Lake Elsinore provided an outstanding experience. Brittany was the representative who helped me, and she was friendly, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. The service was fast, the prices were fair, and most importantly, I felt like I was dealing with honest people who genuinely cared about doing the job right. I felt completely comfortable leaving my vehicle with them, and I was very impressed with the quality of the work performed. It’s not often you find an automotive shop where you feel you can truly trust the people working on your vehicle. I definitely found that with A&M Automotive. I highly recommend them, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Great service as always, this isn’t my first time with them and they have again impressed me with their honesty, timing, and accuracy to pinpointing the problem and fixing it. My car is happy and they were delighted to see my dog and I return for pickup. The staff is very friendly and gave my pup a big hello. Love this spot!
