  They seem to never have the car you reserved weeks in advance and they call midsize cars full size cars like a Toyota Camry Nissan Altima or Chevy Malibu which are all midsize by the manufacturer so this is false advertising.

  My wife and I were stranded and we called this location to make sure there was a vehicle available for us and we were met with Tyler being rude and speaking to us as if we insulted him. We simply called to see if there were cars available since the other location we were going to be sent to had a customer waiting for two hours because they had none. We don’t need to be met with snarky comments and spoken to in a passive aggressive tone. Especially after a terrible occurrence during our trip. The John Wayne location was much more helpful.

  Horrible. Gave me a dirty car that needs an oil change and service and didn't start the next morning. The worst is that they leave you stuck in phone hell for hours listening to their recorded promises how they put the customer first. Then they insist I have to pay for a jumpstart. Already spent an hour this morning dealing with incompetent people rehearsing their script. Never again!

  These guys are super helpful, but dont trust the national website. I booked through the website and the truck wasn't there, big mess. Call them direct and hit the ( * ) button to ring the local store.

I have been renting from Enterprise almost exclusively for over 25 years, but my recent experience at the Laguna Niguel location completely blew me away, all thanks to an incredible representative named Luisa Medina. I came in to get a rental after unfortunately suffering a tire blowout on our own vehicle. Needless to say, we were a bit shaken up and safety was top of mind. In my two and a half decades of renting vehicles, Luisa is the first representative I have ever witnessed personally and thoroughly check all four tires of the rental car before handing over the keys. Given the stressful morning we had just had, seeing her take that extra, thoughtful step to ensure our safety was one of the most reassuring and genuinely positive customer service experiences I’ve had in a very long time. Luisa's attention to detail, proactive care, and professionalism are unmatched. She is an absolute asset to this branch, and I truly hope others follow her lead and dedication to safety. If you need a rental in Laguna Niguel, ask for Luisa!
