  I have rented from this Laguna Niguel location many times. Tyler and his wonderful staff have never let me down. In my experience, Tyler and his team make this location head and shoulders above other car rental choices in the area. Exceptional!

  I've recently had two good experiences with Enterprise in Laguna Niguel! Insurance scheduled my rental, and when I called in the morning, Tyler was able to accommodate my request and get me into a hybrid similar to my personal vehicle. The communication was fast, and the car was ready for me as soon as l arrived.

  Rental car was the worst I’ve ever experienced in the last 35 years There was a very apparent smoke smell in the car Within 5 minute of leaving the car tires gave a warning of low tire pressure About 10 minutes later, the car gave a warning that standard maintenance was due. It’s not really a big deal but with the first two it was the last Straw. I couldn’t go immediately back because I had a work meeting to Rush to In the afternoon, I called to see if I could get a car replacement. The gentleman at the Laguna Niguel location said he had no cars available and I should just call around. I said that didn’t seem like very good service, especially since I was given significantly inferior car rental. He didn’t seem to care Really bad customer service Not sure I’ll rent from enterprise unless it’s totally the most convenient location But as you know, most airports have multiple major car rental companies Well, I guess I’m just one customer So you guys probably don’t care But if this is the way you treat many customers, your business is going to be hurt --- AND IN LOOKING AT OTHER YELP RECENT REVIEWS --- OTHERS CUSTOMERS ARE COMPLAINTING ABOUT BAD QUALITY DIRTY CARS

  After going to several other rental companies and being treated poorly, someone suggested Enterprise. Bless them for that. I cannot put into words how well I was treated by the staff, starting with a young lady named Morgan. I said starting because everyone in that office was very kind and professional. Thank You All so much for your excellent service. You are now in my contacts and my go to rental company.

  Made a car reservation for a family trip and received booking confirmation for our order. 2 hours before our departure I found out that they don't have any cars to full fill our reservation. They haven't tried to find a car of our class in other close branches. Very bad experience.
