Luis helped me out today and I’m beyond impressed with his customer service! He took his time to listen and answer any questions that I had about my battery. He went over everything step-by-step with me and even taught me a few things. I feel reassured and more knowledgeable driving out. Big shoutout to him for going above and beyond! Thank you, Luis

This was by far the worst and longest experience I’ve ever had at a valvoline. They move so slow and sat inside the bay for over 45 min and no one was working on my truck. They drained my oil, had me pay and I had to remind them they haven’t put oil in…..

I had an amazing and thorough visit while at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable, and they had me in and out in no time! My CSA, Mathew, was kind enough to explain what was recommended on my vehicle; Erick, the topside, was quick and efficient in performing the oil change and my additional services, and lastly the bottomside, Alex, was quick and kept me up to date on how my vehicle was looking underneath. I will definitely be coming back to see these guys and to continue to have my vehicle serviced by the best.

I have a great experience every time I come here! Alex was wonderful today, he made me feel comfortable, and we even shared a few laughs. He gave me honest advice about the services my car needed and understood that I could only do the oil change today, without making me feel pressured. He even reminded me to check for a coupon, which I happily had ready! Thank you, Alex, for your kindness and excellent customer service!

I routinely take my three cars to this Valvoline station to get our oil changed and fluids topped off. They also checked our tires and filters. The service is convenient fairly inexpensive. But the best part is quick. You don’t have to make an appointment or get out of your car, they take care of everything. Usually takes 15 minutes from the time you enter the service bay to the time you leave. They will inform you based on your car’s type and mileage what services are due. They provide some, but there is no pressure to do it with them. All you have to do is just say no. No hard sale here. They even inform you if there is servicing due that they do not provide so you are aware. I find this very convenient and helpful. I will say the young crew at the station is full of energy and very considerate. We definitely liked this station.
