My only concern is the corporate requirement to pitch additional services, which extends the time needed to complete the work you originally came in for. Although it was a busy day, the oil change took nearly an hour instead of the advertised 15 minutes.

Yes …happy. The technicians were all professional , yet cool. One Technician stood out to me and it was Gracie. She was so , skilled and happy. I want to research this business model more. I usually don’t leave too much feedback unless service and people stand out to me. I can see in Gracie that she is going to be very successful in whatever she endures. I pick up on people quickly and she’s got it. I recommend considering her for promotions at Valvoline when prudent. Rob
