  It is definitely a reliable and professional Auto shop. My car has been serviced and taken care from their first location in Dimond Bar for almost 3 years. They have better service than dealership. They do better prices and also offer loaners for customers. They also have a great waiting area with AC and free beverages for customers whose cars can be done within a few hours. I would definitely come back! I appreciate that they always did an amazing job for my car!!

  I had a fantastic experience with Auto Squad OC. Their technical expertise is outstanding—they quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair with great attention to detail. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely care about doing the job right. The owner is also one of the nicest people you’ll meet. He is honest, friendly, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire experience stress-free.

  If you’re checking out shops for their reviews and best pricing like, this can be your final search. Auto Squad and their owner, Chao, always provides top notch work (no Mickey mousing) and very good pricing. Got my SERVICE B and tires for my Mercedes here today, but have been coming here for years. For someone that values honesty, quality work, without being ripped off, I can honestly vouch that it’s always above and beyond transparency with exceptional car service. Recommended my friends and family and they all speak highly of the work and best prices. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Chao and his team at Auto Squad!

  I had an excellent experience at this shop. The owner is very knowledgeable about Porsche vehicles, professional, and honest. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the repair process without ever trying to upsell me. The pricing was very fair, the workmanship was excellent, and communication was outstanding from start to finish. My car was repaired properly and even returned washed and cleaned, which was a nice touch. It’s hard to find a trustworthy Porsche specialist these days, but this shop definitely earned my trust. I’ll be coming back for future maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!
