  Skip this place. They have hours of operation listed everywhere but they will tell you that it’s reservation only. We’ve been calling none stop since 8am since our reservation was at 8am. The representative arrived at 8:28am. The owner will reply to this message and tell me to reach out via email but as you can read the other reviews, it won’t change anything. The other reviews say exactly the same thing. Either put that you are reservation only or shut down your business.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Please avoid this location. I arrived for my scheduled reservation, but the office was locked. I waited 10 minutes with no response. This ended up wasting half my day, and I had to pay for an Uber just to rent from a different location.

  Ordered a convertible mustang online, turned up to be offered a VW Beatle. Pathetic.

  I have to say that the friendly first person , i met, A man, was cheery and accommodating. A rare customer service experience. the women he assigned to drive me home, was also very kind ,and upbeat. Maybe its the Laguna Beach vibe, but this team makes you want to only rent from Enterprise and especially Laguna Beach in the canyon. Thanks, all. Efficient, and lovely. ?PS. very frustrating that there is a very tiny sign on the street to return my car. I picked up my car in north hollywood and that women was very lovely. going out of her way on many questions as i had a different drop off. Enterprise ,is professional and also goes out of their way with excellent customer service. FIX THE SIGN in LAGUNA CANYON ,you cannot find the drop off, but its tiny sign under COLLISION sign regarding another business. My only negative comment that is simple to fix. Thanks , i will be back!
