- KIKwame InkabiMay 29, 20264.0This location has only one employee and isn't open on weekends. I'm not sure what the point of having this location if you aren't going to properly staff it. And Enterprise will not pickup customers from Lafayette to their Walnut Creek location. Which is only 8-10 minutes away. 6/3/26 Griffin was the Enterprise staff member that assisted me on 6/1/26. He was very professional and helpful. He was the only staff member at the site. Cleaning cars and assisting customers. It is because of him that I'm adjusting my rating from 2 to 4. Rescheduled for a weekend day appointment. If things go well, I will update this review based upon my experience at this location.
- DFDmitry FedorovSep 5, 20232.0Just a few facts: 1. I reserved a Standard SUV size car(Ford Edge or equal) on the Costco web site almost a month before the trip. We travelled by plane to CA from another state so we had some baggage and two car seats, that's why the size of the car was crucial for us and I made the reservation in advance. 2. When we landed at the CA airport I received a voice message from the Enterprise manager that said about the amount of my payment for the reservation, and it was exactly the same as in the confirmation email, so everything went as expected. 3. A few hours later when I arrived to Enterprise office, I was told that the car I'm picking up is Kia Soul. Kia Soul is subcompact SUV car, for the price of Standard SUV. 4. I refused to pick up Kia Soul and some time later the manager offered me another car - GMC Terrain, which is Small SUV car and isn't equal in size to the Ford Edge. I was very limited in time and it was obvious there were no other cars, so I had to pick up a GMC. The interior space of GMC wasn't enough to fit our needs. I was charged the price of a Standard SUV car. 5. I emailed a description of what happened to Enterprise Customer support about two weeks ago and only got confirmation that my email was redirected to regional office. That's it.
