  Rolando, Darrin and Adam were able to replace my battery on the 4th of July. I am super grateful for the help they provided installing my new battery. These guys are all great!

  I would like to recognize two outstanding AutoZone employees who helped me during my visit on Sunday morning, June 28, 2026. As soon as I walked into the store, I was greeted right away. A young employee named Rolando, who told me it was only his third day on the job, went above and beyond to help me find a Kool Kit product I was looking for. Neither Rolando nor his manager, Adam, had heard of the product before, but instead of giving up, they searched aisle by aisle and even looked it up online. Rolando was determined to find a solution, and after about 15 minutes of researching, he successfully located the product. His positive attitude, persistence, and commitment to helping a customer were truly impressive, especially for someone who was only on his third day. I also want to thank Adam for supporting Rolando throughout the process. It speaks highly of your store and your team. Please recognize Rolando for his outstanding customer service. If this is the type of employee AutoZone is hiring, your company has a bright future. Thank you both for making my visit such a positive experience.   Auto zone La Verne Location Jesus was outstanding. His customer service was on another level — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping. I came in stressed, and he immediately stepped in with calm, clear communication that made the whole situation easier. He walked me through everything I needed, explained my options without pressure, and treated me with real respect. His professionalism and kindness turned a rough moment into a positive experience.
