  Horrible job. Paid $45 for a wash and inside didn’t even look vacuumed. Won’t be back.

  Used to be amazing - I have one guy that does a great job on the hand wash and wax but recently the price jumped over 40% went from 70-80 to hand wash and wax to 120. INSANE! Then the guy tried to offer me “just a wax” for 80. No one who cares about their cars would EVER get a wax without washing it first - that’s absurd…. Really starting to go downhill if this is the direction of the new ownership. I’d like to note that my one guy does a phenomenal job but I’m sorry - it is most definitely not worth 120. Not even close. I’ve done detailing myself and paid more (but for a better job done) but this ain’t worth it. I’d rather pay 50 for the hand wash and tip the guy 50 rather than pay 120 for a wash and LIQUID wax (NOT PASTE OR CLAY BAR), especially when you have associates scamming people into thinking just a wax is “ok for your car” without properly washing it first. The guy I have do my car earned the three stars not the car wash org. as a whole. He’s the only decent one. Been going here for years btw. Anyway! Hopefully this helps you guys looking at reviews!   Started off as a normal day, took my car to get washed and detailed and then tuned into a nightmare, they popped my tire and refuse to take accountability for their actions. Blaming a value cover getting caught on a bush that resulted in my tire getting popped. Then Emitted fault by trying to give me a free detail and wax, but not wanting to replace my tire. Just horrible management.

  Laquinta Car Wash running poorly before it sold. It’s only gotten worse since the new operators came. Now called “ Raceway”. Membership available or you can pay $50 at a time. Very slow workers, ( no ones “ racing” anywhere) Closing towels in the door ( helps break down the seals), same towels used for drying body and then a once over on the windows- streaks and grime transfer to glass. No more air nozzles to help blow out cracks or interior dust- no attention to detail. Lots of time spent inside with one hand being used. Attitude of workers as though you OWE them a great tip on top of all this. Have given it 3 solid years and a lot of money to finally drive on down the road to another facility.
