  BEWARE..I went in for a simple job 5 hours before closing..pulled in to the parking lot and there were 3 cars parked..I walked in to the lobby and there was no one waiting in the lobby or at the counter...I waited 7 mins and in walks Ken and ask "what do you need..? "I told him what it was and he says "NO..WE CANT GET TO YOU TODAY "so I left and took my Business Elsewhere..Seems like this place is choosing Jobs to do..Great Place if you want 4 New Over Priced Tires and a Rude Experience.. CHANGE MANAGEMENT/EMPLOYEES

  The manager, Ken, lied to me and told me they couldn’t take my car for an oil change. He also acted like I was inconvenience from the moment I walked in and I don’t know why. I got there at 7:30 on a Saturday in August. It wasn’t busy at all and it didn’t make any sense to me. I called their customer service line to report what happened and they said he did lie. They put me on hold and ran a test and he lied to them too. Ken’s getting a visit from corporate soon. Don’t take you car here. If they lie about being busy, what else do they lie about?

  ​These guys are absolute angels. 🫶🙏 Honest, hardworking, and genuine to their core, they truly saved my life and my budget with no games or scams. ​After another shop couldn't get my specs ready on the same day, I was in a tight spot. Having just started a new job after months of unemployment, I had critical appointments I couldn't afford to miss. I brought in my damaged tire and spare. Ken gave me a fair, reasonable assessment, working directly within my budget to get me the best deal on a tire. His team had me back on the road in no time.The location is super convenient, too, with walking distance to local cafes, Walmart, and Wendy's whikd you wait. After awful experiences at other tire shops, Mountain View Tire proves time after time why they're the best. I’m incredibly grateful for their dedication and honest work. If you want zero fluff, a team that respects your budget, and top-tier service, this is the spot. 5/5 stars!. I wish these guys many blessings and with these hot summers, hopefully the AC gets repaired soon for everyone. 🙏

  I have used you for a number of years as the mechanic of Choice since I moved to the indio area. The work performed and the tire sold to me and the oil changes were done very well and I was very happy with the manager at the time. Recently, I have visited the store to one get a price on a replacement tire for my wife’s Lexus and to get a price on doing a recommended serpentine belt replacement that they suggested after doing an oil change. The price they quoted me for the Bridgestone tire Twice the amount I paid for it at Costco. I don’t expect you to meet Costco prices on the warehouse basis by you expect you to be reasonable twice. The price seemed like a gouge to me after my oil change. I was told that it would be $700 to replace the serpentine belt on my 2018 Volkswagen Atlas SUV. All the research I can do tells me that that is way overpriced by perhaps double I know I have no confidence that I’m gonna get a good or fair deal from this store or this manager. Sorry to say that.
