    Had appt- was told 4 hours for an oil change. Had an oil change- service didn’t seal oil gasket- got car home and it dropped oil all over driveway and garage floor! I have a fleet car - they replaced tire with most expensive tire - overcharged company. Go somewhere else!

    Store opened an hour late. No reson given, no apology for inconvience, just a thrug of the shoulders. Called customer service and was told a service supervisor would call me back; never happened.

    Not just a great tire store. Mountain View has expert mechanical capability, too. Even early on Sunday morning. Ken & Carlos saved our Big Road Trip with an emergency fix of a failed widow mechanism that allowed us to proceed on our 1,500 mile drive from CA to WA. Thank you Ken & Carlos.

    We have used this shop for years and every time they have been honest and fair. Sure sometimes it takes longer but if you want quick and sloppy go to that place that does things in a "jif". We have done tires, brakes, plugs, alternators and a lot more there. They even owned up to a mis diagnosis and fixed it, no arguing just them saying sorry and taking responsibility right away. That says a lot to me. I've owned and worked on many vehicles and I trust this shop.
