Hello, I would like to recognize an outstanding AutoZone employee by the name of Melissa who truly went above and beyond for me. I came in feeling stressed, overwhelmed, and discouraged after getting a flat tire, and she immediately stepped in to help her and the staff working on June 3, 2026.
Not only did the staff provide exceptional customer service, but they took the time to listen, and understand my situation, and help me find the exact tool I needed to change my tire. However, Melissa’s patience, kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile completely stood out and turned my day around.
In a time when great customer service can be hard to find, she reminded me what it looks like when someone genuinely cares about helping others. She treated me with respect, compassion, and urgency, making a stressful situation much easier to handle.
Employees like her are a tremendous asset to AutoZone. Her dedication to helping customers deserves recognition, and I hope management acknowledges the positive impact she has on the people she serves.
